What??, R U nuts you ask?


Nope!, just crazy enough to believe natural methods can off-set a NBE program for 30 days.

The program follows:

1) massage to release estrogen stored in fat tissues
2) prolactin release thru nipple stimulation
3) food (proper diet techniques: aka nbe friendly foods, (e.g. radishes -a natural astringent) a possible mini detox???
4) breathing techniques
5) pumping/suction
6) exercise
7) bio-feedback (positive reinforcement aka-BN) (throw in subliminal sounds here)
8) EFT tapping
9) hydrotherapy (this includes ice cold water consumption)
10) the last step is simply to be honest and give it 30 days, NO SHORT CUTS! Wink


Granted, some members already do a modified version of this. However this will be a group effort with new ideas, daily recipes, daily exercise, and other daily blah blah blah stuff too.

That's ok, the only measurements will share is the + or - version. The goal is to improve estrogen metabolism, hormonal imbalance, eliminate unhealthy toxins, lose/gain a few pounds, better skin, mental clarity etc.

For instance, adding a cup of hot lemon water to start your day, (which will stimulate your digestion, flushes kidneys and liver of toxins, also provides vitamin C, etc.)

So, just make sure your cycle starts at the beginning of the month, j/k Wink

Actually, whenever it does start, the program will match what the need is. So, we're just scratching the surface here, it's still early, much more planning to be done, I'm not too worried about who does/doesn't want to participate. If it ends up being the two of us, lol, you now we'll have some fun.

I'd join buy I'm on prolactin blocking medication so No 2 won't work for me... I already No 5.... and I don't use herbs right now.....

how bout starting Nov. 3rd?, it's a Monday (yay! We'll call them Mo-Jo Mondays, Tuseday can be "Tissue Tuesday" cause that's what we'd focus on, Wednesday is "Workout Wednesdays"), silly huh?. Rolleyes

Anyways, the point being, each day could focus on particulars, although exercise and natural foods will be on-going.

I see the need for two different emphasis, one for the GG's-genetic girls and one for GM's- genetic males, (meaning the needs are different). Details to follow.

There really isn't a program like what this one will be (and it's free, except the cost of the supplies) sure there's the curvy thing, but they'll be no methyl-parabens, artificial flavors, aerosols, etc. Yup, this includes only using natural hair care products, no fast foods, take out garbage etc. As far as make-up goes, you'll have to check the ingredients. Cleaning products too, only natural products. We're going for (or close to it) the elimination of the "bad and ugly" metabolisms) ha!, again with the Clint Eastwood reference, lol.

Excellent Karren, I was kinda hoping u would, some of us don't have a pump, so I'm sure we can draw on your expertise there. I'm hoping POM will participate with exercise, nutrition, EFT, and wellness quotes guidance Wink

Lotus, I already have to practice quite bit of self discipline not to take my PM on weekends, also as you probably know exercise increases your T, and 5 times a week adds quite bit of T to mine. I really cannot afford too much T, it imbalances me. So I am in for exercise, proper diet, massage, nipple stimulation-NO, I really cannot take that, it's just too much for me, it's like opposite of too much T, I'm just too sensitive there. Pumping-NO, Bio feedback-yes, EFT-I usually do, specially if I have an issue. hydrotherapy -yes.

Am I in? POM

Ok I understand, so maybe Yoga could work in place of the daily exercise for those concerned about increasing their T?

Some would have limitations on daily exercise anyways, I'm sure we can come up with something like a 15 minute plan (albeit light or moderate) types, or longer for those who can break a sweat.

Studies show that group participation results in a higher percentage of success as opposed to individual success when it comes to these types of programs. It's the commitment to others and not wanting to fail them that holds their feet to the fire.

In other words, it's only 30 days, so no pressure Big Grin

Oh yeah, I can't wait for the tryptophan turkey day. Rolleyes what a challenge for that day and for left overs, lol.
