Tubular breast options confusion

#11

So what is the best way to balance hormones? Maca or Fenugreek? I read something once that a carrot a day keeps hormones balanced. As well as a tbsp of coconut oil. Is it important to detox before trying to balance hormones?

Also how Would suggest getting collagen? Like should I just supplement or should I try to get it from amino acids though food? Should I supplement meant and try and ease into eating? and what about supplementing amino acids?

I'd look into vitex (chaste berry). Absolutely, I'd detox prior to starting NBE program. Coconut oil is excellent to have in a nbe program (especially for massaging), rich in MCFA's.

Coconut oil-makes connective tissues stronger for that much desired softness and elasticity. superb antioxidant activities that neutralize free radicals and slowing down aging, aids in breast feeding, Coconut oil is nature's richest source of MCFAs."

You're not vegetarian right?, collagen supplements are filled with protein, gelatin.

The problem is finding a product that's doesn't cause problems, reactions etc, nothing is regulated, so there's no way of knowing the potency, quality, etc. when collagen breaks down in the body the skin will sag, gets thinner. Dark leafy greens will be the best source from food, kale, spinach, asparagus, so maybe start with some foods and massage first, see more here:

I think I'm starting to understand. Thank you so much for all your help. Big Grin I was just wondering if you have any advice on detoxing?

Some detox options for you are:
Milk thistle is good, lemon juice and warm water upon rising.
Green smoothies and limit/cut sugar during your detox. Lots of water to flush out your system as well. Exercise to sweat out toxins. Stimulate your lymphatic system by dry brushing before a shower, or get a rebounder mini tramp which will stimulate your lympatic system and energize you. Also infra red saunas, have a good sweat out of those toxins.

Oh also how about progesterone in regards to tubular breast? I was watching something on YouTube today and the woman said she read somewhere that woman who have back to back pregnancies start to have development in previously undeveloped breast tissue.

I also did the online hormone test and believe I might have estrogen dominance. Should I start trying to get more progesterone?

Also what is the worst thing that can happen to me if I get too much progesterone?

this is a hormone test you can take that can help you understand if your hormones are out of wack or not

http://www.johnleemd.com/store/resource_...etest.html

keep in mind its not going to be as accurate as going to the doctor.

androgens are male hormones, like testosterone, that can cause things like acne, weight gain, and can also decrease breast tissue.

if you're looking to lower androgens, or get your hormones in check, bcp might help, spearmint tea-- anything that highers your estrogen or progesterone really..

this is a helpful faq i've been following

I Took the test and these are my results

SYMPTOM GROUP 1 (I had 4 for this)
Progesterone deficiency: This is the most common hormone imbalance among women of all ages. You may need to change your diet, get off of synthetic hormones (including birth control pills), and you may need to use some progesterone cream

SYMPTOM GROUP 3 (I had 7 for this)
Excess estrogen: In women, this is most often solved by getting off of the conventional synthetic hormones most often prescribed by doctors for menopausal women.

SYMPTOM GROUP 4 (I had 11 for this)
Estrogen dominance: This is caused when you don't have enough progesterone to balance the effects of estrogen. Thus, you can have low estrogen but if you have even lower progesterone, you can have symptoms of estrogen dominance. Many women between the ages of 40 and 50 suffer from estrogen dominance.
