So true..I'll have to pay about 550$ for the pills and 80 $ shipping and who would garantee me that it actually works.I don't like the fact that 1 bottle of their product is so expensive too.You don't get the chance to try it out for a couple of months without paying hundreds of bucks!

I haven't been checking my email for a while. When I did, I found the email below from Avalon (bountiful breast). I have reason to believe it is talking about Julie. I've heard of the things she has done before, and have not had a pleasant experience with her personally. She had changed the instructions for BB, encouraging to take more than 2 a day which is not recommended and stating not to take the pills with water. And now she sold people's credit information to third parties. How can they keep her for so long after the things she's done. I know now she is fired, but it wasn't soon enough. I am very angry that this has happened to me, and my credit card has been compromised. I don't know what kind of business they're running. There is no support, they won't answer the phone or my emails. I sometimes feel like there is one person running the whole business. They look so professional and positive, but small businesses like the noogleberry and UB have better customer service. I would consider this before thinking of ordering BB. I was so enthusiastic and supportive of this company, but this is not acceptable. I am happy they are informing me, but this should not have happened in the first place. They should have known what kind of employee she is from her previous activities.

That really sucks, but it happens all the time....to the best of companies.
I had my account drained on christmas eve a few years back. Not due to an employee...but an unfortunate tank of gas where a guy was skimming. Of course I hadn't even done my shopping for my lil ones yet. Thankfully my bank was able to put the funds back in immediatly.
Just make sure your credit card company is informed, and they might even issue you a new account.

My identity was stolen several years back from an online purchase with a well known chain. Not only was it stolen but it was posted on a middle eastern website along with about 20,000 other victims for criminals to go through and pick and choose which identity they wanted to purchase. When it's overseas, there is really nothing our country can do about it. It was a nightmare, to include that when I cancelled my card and their purchases were halted, as pay back they ordered an expensive case of wine from a winery with another stolen card and had it sent to me to make it look like I was using stolen cards. I was a wreck, until we got a handle on things. My credit card company was fantastic. They simply issued me a new card with a new account number and refunded all the bogus purchases. The police were sympathetic and I could tell that they felt terrible that their hands were so tied, but the cards have a major protocol that they follow and pursue the criminals. In the end, it was the credit card that was able to have the website shut down for all the vicitms. They were also the ones that handled the criminal side of it too, dealing with the feds and pushing the case through. It makes sense really since they reimburse and it's really them that end up being out of the money in the end when something like this happens. Rest assured that a person can't do something like this without paying the price thanks to how seriously our card companies take these types of actions. But, if no one has attempted to make a purchase with your card, the only hing hey will do is change your card number, since nothing criminal has yet occurred.

I've always stated in my other post the things I like about BB and the things I don't like about them. I'll be the first to say, it made me a bit nervous handing my card info over to Julie last summer over the phone, but I decided to do it. Once I made that choice, I knew full well after my experience years back, that anything could happen. I think we all do when we are making any number of purchases with our cards, so I was prepared as usual but hopeing for the best.

A company as large as BB isn't going to stop at just firing a criminal either. I'm pretty certain that criminal charges are being looked into also. BB is trying to clean up a mess, and I think it best to see what the outcome is in the end before judging them on this incident.

I got the same e-mail from BB and I posted it under the wrong topic in breastnexus. I got pretty piss off with the company that it actually allow loopholes for such a thing to happen. I don't have very pleasant experience with them (Julie in particular) except for their products. I made a phone call to my credit card provider to cancel my card immediately and requested for a new card to be replaced.

I seriously don't think Avalon Essentials (BB company) is a big company. Initially I thought Julie was the owner since it feels there is no one but Julie I have to refer to when I have questions to ask. I thought she was running a one man show thing with the company. I really starts to wonder why a women like her want to sabotage the company that way. From her testimonial on the product I can make a conclusion that she is not a very calm women (hot tempered) since she can take the BB glass bottle (back then) and throw it over to the wall and break it when she was very angry that the product didn't work on her initially. She seems to be very proud of her action when she re-call it to me on skype. I seriously don't think is a good idea to have a person who is capable to produce such rage in sales or customer service department. So what she has experience with BB. I bet tonnes of women do.

The BB forum now seems to be awfully quiet since they issue the e-mail last week. I bet all their customers are pretty much angry with them. What a shame that such a good product belongs to a company with such bad operation and judgement. I wonder whether they are interested to sell off their company and get somebody new to restructure everything for them...

I always think of how great the company could be if I were in charge. All they need is someone to answer calls and emails and be supportive of their customers. I can't believe they can't do that. They would have so many more customer, and I've told them this. I wanted to become an affiliate and recommend it to other people, but it hasn't worked for me so I can't do that. I know it has done wonders on many other women. I think they put Julie in charge because of her dramatic results. I still feel like the company is a one man show. Whoever it is, or they are, denote little time to customer service. I'm sorry for my reaction, this is what happens when I trust something so much.

Julie results are not dramatic I think she is dramatic to have done things she did. The rest of the gals in the testimonial also have very good results. Mel results were published recently too. She is zillion times far better than Julie (not comparable). If the company can hire people like Mel then they get a piece of treasure that can actually help their customers.

The time when I bought BB pills I was looking forward to be part of their money back guarantee program then when I see how they treat me as their customer (constantly leaving customers in the dark without giving consistent reply), it turn me right off. I even call up the company to ask to speak to whoever that is able to help me with my shipment things. I called all the way from Malaysia and the operator kept telling me I have to wait for Julie and only Julie. I am sick of Julie to be precise. I don't feel being treated with respect as a customer by her. I pay for 13.5 months by the way and the currency exchange rate make the purchase a bomb. For me I don't care about the money back guarantee anymore since the customers service is so bad. I don't like to risk my ears or my eyes to hear or read something unpleasant when I call them for my money back if the product don't work for me.

Maybe the company is running into financial problem or something similar because they have to rely on a person like Julie. Julie left the company before this and then went back now she got herself fired. I hope she don't go back.

I am sure any of the BB users here can do a better job than Julie. You just need passion, patient, sympathy and a loving heart for women like us. If they want to hire me I will fly over to USA and start work right away to help them restructure. LOL!!

I also gave Julie my card info via phone and email.But she said that it wasn't working or something!And that account is opened abroad so i can't even contact the bank or ask for a new card if anything happens!I really can't seem to hate BB more than that.Even the new customer service isn't that good!They don't reply to all emails,they talk rudly,and i feel it's just the same!That's why i decided to go with UB.But now i have my card and my account in mind Sad Hopefully nothing happens!

I had joined the BB forums right after my purchase before finding it here (a million times more supportive and informative than any other forum), and Julie would reply to threads with generic, copy and paste responses, often overlooking a majority of the post's questions and concerns. How hard is it to write something relevant if you're as experienced and knowledgeable as the company made her out to be? Or heartless?

All I know is that if I achieve success I will be eager to help everyone else share the glory and achieve their own, genuinely. That's what we all do here! It seems as soon as business and profit comes into play all sincerity goes out the window.

I never felt that it was fair to consider Julie's results a success story since she had gained sooooo much wait. if you ever looked at her first pics she was skin and bone and then the increase shown was after she gained weight. and it looked like alot of it to me. It was other women's pictures that sold me on the product not hers and if she had been the only example then I probably wouldn't have taken a chance on BB. I too have complained about the customer service to them and my hope is that this will be a wakeup call to really get on the ball with things this time. Sorry i haven't been more involved in this bb discussion thing. i caught a terrible stomach bug this week and now I'm stressing about leaving for vacation on Friday like this. I spent yesterday at the ER and the days before that sleeping or running for the bathroom. ugggg. /ot how i had envisioned this week at all. lol ?el
