I'm still far from my goal size and I have not been consistent till the last month.
I will do my best to keep this space updated on my progress tho!

Update:
I have been noodling at least 30mins-1hour for the past few days.
Im also currently spilling out of my 10C bras so I'm probably a small D now!

My period ended about 10-ish days ago but its back again today?!
I'm starting to think its because of the PM thats causing the spotting.. anyone have any advice?!
And just realized i typed in noodling instead of noogling in the last post hehe ..

Hi everyone!

Haven't updated this in a while coz I've been busy with assignments and exams are coming up D:
I haven't been doing as much massage recently but I've been noogling at least 4 days a week, and then just cycling my herbs as usual.
I feel like I have gotten slightly bigger (judging from how I am filling up my bras haha).
Pic was taken yesterday and maybe you can be the judge haha.
Sorry for the bad lighting!!

Also, I have started taking 1000mg MSM everyday (mainly for hair coz I'm trying to grow my hair out) .. not feeling too much effects as of yet but I guess I'll just give it time
Also, I'm going to change to the Ainterol PM after my Siriporn one finishes and see which brand suits me better hehe.

Update:

I'm currently in the midst of exams so I haven't actually massaged for about a month and I noogle maybe 2-3x a week for at least an hour each.
I have also not been consistent in taking my herbs and vitamins so that probably affected my growth this month.
ATM I'm still a full C but it looks really small on my body
Really hoping I will grow into a full D soon!!
I will definitely be getting back into taking my herbs and massages+noogling once this busy week is over!
I am also thinking of switching over to Ainterol PM once I'm finished with my Siriporn PM.
Currently I'm taking Vit E, Black Cohosh and Breast Actives during my Luteal phase.
During my follicular phase I take PM, Calcium and Wild Yam.
Still in the process of figuring out what works for me and what doesn't, so hopefully i find it soon!
