Asian Pan Cakes to Muffins - Here Goes Everything

I have been reading pages upon pages on BreastNexus

Finally time to start putting in the work.

Asian
F
Had kids
28AAA
Was around a 28B (while breast feeding)
5' 4"
98lbs

The goal: 28B (stretch target of 28C)

The plan....(slow start)

Phase 1 Maca & 1.5L Water

Phase 2 Massages (30 mins a day, 5x a week)

Phase 3 NoodleBerry (30 mins a day, 5x a week)

Phase 4 PM

Planning to gain weight to reach 115lbs as well (better BMI)

Started the Maca on Sunday, 2 capsules a day. Morning and Lunchtime.

Will update with progress

Wish me luck! (Also welcome any critiques!)

You already have good base to start off . 98 lbs !! That is under weight for your height . Maybe look at nutrition rich diet and some excercise . Wish u luck

Good luck on your journey! NBE is a slow journey anyway, you should off course do what ever you like, but I would combine some of your methods. It takes time, but the goal isn't to try to invest as much time as possible

Thanks for the encouragement all, it really helps.

Quick update.

Gained 0.5 inches!!!

I know it isn't much but this increase has given me hope.

Increase my weight by two pounds (see attached)

Been terrible at taking enough water and my protein shake (which I forgot to include in my first post, Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass)

Will try to avoid delinquency this week. Here is hoping for another 2 pounds and another half inch.

The journey has just begun
