All right, if you are not still doing your daily exercise, then try belly dancing. It is one of the best moves for your whole body development. See below for a great example of someone that did gymnastic and swimming, and now she keeps her beautiful shape with belly dancing:

To me you really do not need many equipments to exercise, but just like a toy they can motivate you to do it, so be it:
