Just read the forums. There's a lot of NBE schooling to do before you get onto a protocol. You also need to assess your hormones. It's not that easy, which is why your past nbe attempts failed.
You can't just demand a miracle solution, it doesn't work that way. Just like the old saying, "education is invaluable, no one can take that away from you." Get it?

try some natural non herbal things first until you fully understand how hormones work and the consequences of using creams or taking herbs. it can take a long while to understand how all this works but its worth it in the long run.
