It's working again for me! Woo HOO!! Back on track and I refuse to stop again, inconsistency has been driving me NUTS!! Gaining, losing, gaining, losing...AGGHHHHHH!! Lol. CONSISTENCY IS IMPERATIVE!!!!
Anyways, so far so good I'll post pics after my first month back on this when it comes up. I started (again) with just the Maca with topical flaxseed oil for massages and also flaxseed internally in my shakes. I saw growth start happening again, so I added fenugreek & fish oil back in, in addition to the flaxseed. And the growth is happening faster.
BUT, I'm also weight training (full body with major focus on glutes) & eating surplus calories (to help me gain weight) and eating the right amount of protein & healthy fats to gain. Same thing I did last time. The combo works. Just make sure you eat enough protein, good fats & even if you don't want to hit it hard at the gym, at least do some glute exercises at home to boost results. Heavy weights and low reps yield faster growth and results, but you can still gain booty at home.
