Not cycling PM and PC for Small breasts - the rational inspired by BO

Hello Girls,

Its me again the one that never grows ! lol

Well actually I have been doing a lot of research and I was wondering a simple question...

Basically, when you have really small breasts like me - you are very often recommended BO. But to be honest I am qite reluctant to use it as I find it a bit risky.
But basically the idea behind using BO is that it provide you with both progesterone and oestrogene at the same time ?

While PM and Herbs only provides you with Oestro and sometimes prolactine but apart from Vitex doesn't really help with prog.

Drawing example from Tibetan113 who often advises to start using PC from the 2nd week of the follicular phase (so you both gets your natural oestro high + the Prog from the cream)

Based on this, I was entertaining the idea of doing the following.

Follicular:
1-10 take 250mg of PM (might ramp up) AND introduce a small amount of PC
2 spearmint teas

Ovulation+Luteal:
11-28 switch to Red clover 3x1ML dropper per day AND upping the PC
2 spearmint teas

I read that these 2 hormones were constently up during puberty and also that the success of BO comes from the fact that it provides you with both ?

What do you girls think ?
Any one has tried using PM in folliclar with success ?
What to do to decrease cortisol ?
Apart from Milk what should I make sure I get with PM ?

as a FYI my test results were:
Cortisol: 187 (ref range:62 TO 194)
Progesterone: 0.44 (RR: 0.2 TO 1.5)
Estradiol: 34 (RR: 12-165)
Prolactine: 20 (RR: 5 TO 23)
Testosterone: 0.25 (RR: 0.06 TO 0.82)


I also have a Breast Pump and plan to use it.

Hi there NLH,

Cortisol and prolactin are elevated, reflecting the lower estradiol.

Do you have a lot of stress?, also over exercise, improper nutrition, will drive cortisol.

Lowering cortisol suggestions- green tea, ginseng or adaptogens in general. Check into vitamin B calcium intake, (BCAAs) Branched Chain Amino Acids too.

1st half looks ok, only I'd say PM @ 2x

Hi Lotus,

Yes I am quite a stressed person, I exercise quite a bit also, not sure if I should stay away from the gym for a while or at least not go as often ? I was looking to increase Human Growth Hormone with strenght training.

I also used to consume quite a bit of sugar but I have cut this out now.

Ok I will look into a good adaptogen, I cannot do green tea as the caffein in it might increase my testosterone.

I have L tyrosine pills at home. Would this be ok for BCAAs or shoul I look for something more complete ?

The reaseon for starting slow on the Oestro side is that even if it low the prog is even lower that why I don't want to totally through my stsem off balance.

And RC was just an idea since it seems like fenugreek doesn't really work with me. Any other suggestions are very welcomed !!
