I love teas, and many times I drink a tea because of its properties, although, I really enjoy the ritual part of it too. Today I reached for my Raspberry leaf tea and brewed a cup-yum, yum. Then, I decided to read more on its benefits, since I did that last year and could not remember why it was so good. Anyway, I came across the following site, which is very nice and informative. I decided to make a thread about herbal teas, and once in a while to post an herbal tea, mainly the ones that I drink. So at least I can share the benefits if not the tea itself-

Nice! I love my teas and they are an important part of my program. It's weird but even just the smell of fennel in my tea gets my chest tingling sometimes! I should check out this raspberry leaf tea, heard much about it. Thanks for the info, love <3

Oooo, thanks for linking! Glad to hear it's noted as having recognized Estrogenic properties.

You all probably have heard of goodness of coconut oil. Some add it to their morning coffees (Like my wife). I don't drink coffee every morning anymore, usually on weekends with her, but I really wanted to take advantage of this fine oil, so I decided for the first time to add it to my tea!!! Yum, Yum, I like it. Try it. POM
