Stubbornfemme's Program

#11

Update: Worked out at the gym, came back to significantly less full breasts. Lost about an inch of fullness, back to the starting point of 90cm(35inches). Note to self: Do not get discouraged, it hasn't even been a full month yet, no real gains would be made. Swelling has gone but will return, hopefully with real growth if I continue with this plan.

Update: Feb.25 Added a corset to my program today. ( related to my breast enhancement journey because a smaller waist will make breasts look larger in comparison). Only been wearing it for 40 minutes and already dying to take it off. Tongue ... It does look amazing however and I would love this shape. Also on day four of my period. Swelling has gone (as expected)however it hasn't been a month yet, I still feel hopeful that my program will work. My period was very normal. Very hopefull for the future. Will start measuring at my smallest size of the month (after period) that way I will really see if I grew.

March 3rd: Added MSM powder to program. Notice the bottle says take for 30 days, know people take for longer than that though.

Nipples are always very puffy. My guess is from noogling...still finding the noogleberry to not be effective for anything other than temporary swelling and puffy nipples. Disappointed. Also I started listening to rockmelon... I know, desperate times but I figure what the hell, why not?

I like your program specially that you exercise, not many members here do that which is sad. I also do corset and waist training too. I am not a fan of noogleberry though. Just remember that NBE is a slow and longer program, so do not get disappointed. POM

Ah. There is mixed information on that.

It is estrogenic.

Fenugreek/Diosgenin

Diosgenin is a phyto-progesterone. Even by its effects on the body, and by noting that synthetic progesterone can be made from it. A lot of times phytoestrogens were mixed in with phytoprogesterone.

You'll find more evidence of the estrogenic activity of FG here.

Background & objectives: Trigonella foenum graecum commonly known as fenugreek, has been widely cultivated in Asia, Africa and Mediterranean countries for the edible and medicinal values of its seeds. Earlier reports show that fenugreek seeds provide a mastogenic effect resulting in enhanced breast size. However, very little is known about its estrogenic effect. The present study investigated the effect of chloroform extracts of fenugreek seeds (FCE) in breast cancer cells for its estrogenic effect, and to assess its capacity as an alternative to hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Methods: The effect of FCE on cell proliferation of estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer cells, MCF-7 was studied by MTT assay at a concentration range of 20 to 320 μg/ml. The competitive ER binding assay (HAP assay) was done to find out the ER binding capacity of the extract. Transfection and reporter assay (DLR assay), and RT- PCR with an estrogen responsive gene pS2 were done to find out the transcriptional regulatory activity of FCE. Results: FCE stimulated the proliferation of MCF-7 cells, showed binding to ER (IC50 = 185.6 ± 32.8 μg/ml) and acted as an agonist for ER mediated transcription via ERE. It also induced the expression of estrogen responsive gene pS2 in MCF-7 cells. Interpretation & conclusion: Our study provided the evidence for estrogenic activities of fenugreek seeds. Further in vitro and in vivo studies could demonstrate its suitability as an alternative to HRT.

Many sources mix up progesterone effects with estrogen, because they both work on the breast. I even mixed up the two before I realized they were completely different.

Progesterone and Estrogen have different effects on each other's receptors.
