great to have a bra that fits! and what better way, than to be told you are a B cup!
I know what you mean about the bra fitting ladies. I went and tried on bras a few months back, and the shop assistant was quite insistent that I get fitted. But I told her I'd be fine. When you have pretty much no breasts, there isn't much need for fitting!

LOL I figured I'd get as accurate as a starting pic as I could haha since I don't own any 32Bs. I just plan on continuing to wear my 34As. But that semi-annual sale is very tempting and I may just buy one or two correct sizes.

Bought vitE the other day, going to mix it with my cocoabutter.
Couldn't avoid the vs sales and bought 2 32bs. They are simple, but cute.
Starting to eat healthier, not a 100% there yet. I have dreams about donuts, it's so funny.
Want a flat stomach before I start ub. Can't concentrate on two things at once.
Still need to buy protein bars.

Have lost weight but just not in my stomach.
Burning stomach fat is a whole lot harder than I thought. Still working on it. At least if I gain a bit of weight from the protein shakes I won't freak out too badly about it.
Have vitE and cocoa butter and my protein shakes.
Still not sure about the special K bars because I read it had soy in it and I am waiting for someone to answer my question whether it is ok to take with UB. I remember girls saying they were taking it so I think it should be ok but I just don't want to waste money on then and them be told later that it's bad to be taken in combination with UB.
From what I've read on the "When to start" thread in the BO section, I gather it's more effective to take UB the first day of your period and continue from there. This is what I intend to do next month.
A worry of mine is sagging boobs. I'd like to be a big B but I don't want them to droop. I want them to sit how my small Bs sit now. I usually don't wear bras to sleep, but when I start taking UB I will in hopes to avoid getting sagging boobs as they grow.

Most protein powder and protein bar comes with soy in the form of lecithin. It is in my protein powder as well I am still growing that means it is ok to take it with BO. It is quite hard to find protein powder or bar that consist absolutely no soy at all in it.
As long as you don't take the whole soy product daily it will be all good. Whole soy means the whole bean itself like tofu or soy milk. For me living in a Asian country it is almost quite difficult to cancel out soy product completely. I still take it though on some occasion and in a small portion. I guess if you don't do it daily it don't effect you.
I wont wear bra to sleep if I were you. It is very bad constricting your breasts circulation like that. In my opinion if your B cup breasts have volume in it, it will be difficult for it to sag. Massage it and squeezing it after you remove your bra is almost vital to keep the circulation good and the volume there.
Some breasts sag because they lost volume while others are too heavy and too big which give them no choice but to sag. If your breasts is proportion with your body without you over-growing it, then all will be good.
I read somewhere. If you want your breasts to be proportion with your body, it should be 1 inch smaller than the measurement of your hip not the equal size of your hip.
