i took these notes during the previous routines and i want to keep it in my mind and using it on my next routine :
1. maca causes insomnia even with low doses at morning ..
--- so, i will use it for emergent hormonal disturbance cases ( in my leuteal phase when already the increased progesterone makes me sleepy ) and only at early morning .
--- or using
vitex for small periods to make sure not to get pimples from it & wash my face regularly with
green tea water extract .
--- & using
ginseng on follicular phase as adaptogen .
---
exercise well to lower estrogen & crushed flaxseed all the time to lower both estrogen and testosterone .
2. using DIM for some periods really helps too .
--- i will use it on the first five days of my cycle .
3. hydro-noogling has amazing result ..
-- especially if there is a greasy film on my bust .
--- but it needs time and effort ( i don't have both
)
4. an anti-testosterone is so important ,
i felt some result while using it , but
saw palmetto is giving me a large thighs,
--- so using
spearmint with
green algae ( as spearmint causes anemia )
(i'm looking for a better choice than spearmint as it causes some sort of diarrhea too, i think it may also cause some sort of acne once stop taking it , if any one knows any better choice
)
5. i felt some sensation with l-arginine ..
--- i'll making it a major component of my routine
---
L-arginine (mainly on follicular phase ) &
ginkgo biloba ( on luteal ) for circulation .
6. irregular use of aromatase ..
--- (
borag oil ) or (
evening primrose oil )
7. i think the major problem i'm facing is with growth hormone,
and i think increasing this hormone
plus lowering testosterone,
balancing the others,
massaging, noogling,
and keeping the sensitivity to estrogen is the keys .
i'm now slightly confused, yes i gained inches, but i'm still so so flat,
i don't know if i'm a 36A now or still AAA .
i don't now why this big deference on the measuring tab doesn't appear on my mirror
but i'm still trying .
