I'm not noogling because it's in storage at the moment. I was not very disciplined with it so I personally saw negligible results, but I've seen folks who grew from that alone, so it's legit.
From the BO I got a single pimple on my nose, which I got rid of pretty easily, and I noticed my shoulders were headed in that direction so I am now just less lazy in the shower... I really saw barely any acne activity during my first puberty though, so it's just about on par with expectations. Other than that, no side effects at all, and the Swanson's price is definitely right!
I'm taking it slow though, staying with the minimum amounts while I see gains as small as they may be.

I did. The first week I took two per day (500 mg total) and since then I've been at three per day (750 mg total). I would like to keep my BO intake at a sweet spot where I'm getting maximum possible growth out of the minimum possible dosage, but I will up by a capsule at a time as the tingles/heaviness/growth dissipate. I am a great believer in taking it relatively slowly.

Sounds good that's what I'm trying to do! Do you take one in the daytime and at night or two at once?

I was taking them one each at breakfast and dinner, and now one each breakfast, lunch and dinner. If (when, really) I bump to four/day I'll likely go to two in the am, two in the pm.
. Although I do try to take them slightly apart from the actual meal, as in 30 mins before, so as to give the supplements a little time to romance my system, so to speak...

Ooh okay that sounds like a good plan that's awesome that you grew 1/4 inch already I haven't even measured myself yet..can't find the measuring tape lol. You should post progress pics one day if you feel comfortable

Haha! I don't know about posting them yet... But taking snaps is a good idea, especially for those cycles when you feel like there's no progress. Photos really don't lie, but sometimes measuring can be tricky. Taking photos can save your sanity, or conversely let you know it's time to ramp up or change your protocol. Definitely be prepared to be flexible, and to pay attention to what your body's telling you. That's one reason I'm going slowly and really only adding one thing at a time - it makes it easier to determine if a specific constituent is helping or hindering. If you're noogling at the same time as BO, you'll likely outgrow me sharpish!

Yeah I haven't taken any snaps lately since I think my swelling from my period went down they look smaller
yeah I'm definitely trying to take it slow as well to see what works well with me. Are you taking any protein as well? I read in a lot of posts that it's good to supplement BO with protein.

It's a little disheartening when the swelling goes down, but it's a great time to take the pics and/or measure because that's the real stuff. The tissue that stays. I always try to use that time as my basis for whether I've grown or not.
I did add a protein drink into my mix, but I already eat a good amount of protein anyway, so it's really a "just in case" for me. I use a whey protein from Trader Joe's, vanilla flavored, which when mixed with OJ tastes like an orange creamsicle. Dessert!
Massage or noogling will definitely boost your results!
