every one's body is different, so there is no really true way to say how much you can grow in any period of time. Your body could react to these supplements quite well and you can get growth but then also it could do nothing for you-- it's all how it reacts with your own body's make up.
the first step is knowing how your body works-- lets say you are estrogen dominant, PM will do nothing for you but cause break through bleeding :/ it might mess up your cycle. It is best to cycle the herbs you've listed here. The reason why PM might work for some where as it will only cause bleeding for others is because, cycling, and also women wind up taking pm without knowing how much natural estrogen their body is already pumping-- so someone who isnt estrogen dominant will do very well on PM.
also, BO isn't an herb its glandular and I would personally ONLY use that if that is your plan, I wouldnt mix it in with herbs because it will be making your hormones go crazy and may even cause complications. Some get good growth by it, some got very sick from it. You have to know how your body will react to these things before you pump it full of hormones/herbs that stimulate hormones.
maca, fenu, GR, red clover-- those are nice, easy herbs. I heard too much of red clover can shrink your ovaries though.
if you're going to try pm, and pc make sure you cycle them. You want estrogen when your estrogen rises and progesterone when your progesterone rises.
massage is also very good, blood flow is number one
noogleberry is good for that too. good luck!
