I take the grape seed extract for my arthritis. It works miracles since it not only effects the joints, but stops any swelling from inflammation. I take a 300mg dose of it instead of the standard 50 to 100 for normal antioxidant uses.
I can't imagine what condition I would be in right now without it. It really saved my life so to say. The type of arthritis I have is pretty agressive and I was dislocating joints constantly, even to the point of tearing my AC joint just from sleeping. I couldn't turn my head or lift my arm for several months. It was pretty horrible and the stuff the docs put me on didn't really seem to address the inflammation that had set into my muscles and tendons. The grapeseed had me pain free within 3 days. If I stop taking it though, I'm in pain again in about 3 days, so I know for sure it is the grape seed that has worked the miracles.
Since I'm so young with this illness, my whole intent is keeping it under control so I don't end up unable to function by 50 and so far I think I'll manage that and then some.

I figured I would post my new routine since it has adjusted alot since I last posted it. I took a break from most of my supplements since I had so much going on. For this new cycle I will probably only add the L-tyrosine back in and the probiotic I have started to help with my IBS to keep it simple and sweet. I also will begin noogling again, since I took such a long break during holiday. Without any noogling, I maintained 38 and 3/4 of an inch the whole time, so not the full 39 that I thought I had gotten back, but this could have also been due to a horrible incident of food poisoning that I had a couple of days before we left for vacation. I dropped about 6 pounds in 2 days of agony. Not the best way to get swimsuit ready. LOL
Morning
1 BB pill
1 L-Tyrosine = 500mg
1 VSL-#3 probiotic pill = 225 billion CFU
3 grapeseed extract = 300mg
Evening
1 BB pill
Noogling = 4
1 morning
1 after lunch
1 after supper
1 bedtime

So, I started back noogling today finally. So the program I posted yesterday is in full swing now. So far, it looks like it will take some work to get my swelling back after a month break, but that's okay, I'm just glad to be back at it again.
I shaved the inside of my foam padding to make the inside diameter larger again and so far it's working great other than I got a little sloppy with my silicone and it's leaving a few marks, so I'm going ot have to clean that up a bit, but it's holding suction great and pulling in more breast than before. I may end up shaving a bit off of one side as well, to let them sit a little closer together also, but for now I'm going to leave them as they are and see how it goes. I'm hoping at 4 times a day I can get my swelling going again pretty quickly. I'd say I drank plenty of water today also, but I was working in the garden all day, so I probably sweated it out as fast as I drank it. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Day two back noogling after a month break and I already have some swelling again. My bras are fitting tight again, so the 4 times a day seems to have been a good approach.

How long are your noogling sessions? Have you ever taken a break from BB even like skipping a day or two?

I noogle for 30 minute sessions 4 times a day.
I have taken a break before from my BB pills. I have skipped them during my period in order to do a liver cleanse. They seemed to work fine even with the week missing.

Hey Mel.
I'm confused with your last post. Are you doing a liver cleanse once every month during your period?

LOL, no. sorry for the confusion. I meant that I have in the past gone for a week during my period to do a cleanse, but I've only done it twice. I didn't realize when I worded it that way that it sounded like every month. Sorry.

Oh it was just the way that you phrased it as before. Wasn't sure specifically how many times before. I didn't think you did it every month, but wanted to be sure. XP
