Hello all!

just started taking BB pills and also purchased the BB cream.

However, I noticed that it contains PM! (pueraria mirifica), and I thought that topical phytoestrogens were NOT okay with bovine ovary pills??

Can anyone shed light on why the company would put PM in their cream? should i stop using the cream?

Bumping this because I want to confirm what I think. Is it because the estrogen receptors get burnt out?

I know that some folks here have alternated between BO and PM within days of each other. Wouldn't that have the same effect?
