Unable to tolerate herbs - need advice! :(

#1

Ok, so I've gone through SEVERAL different products (Bust Boom, Booby Stacked, Fulfillment), and I appear to be allergic to them (dizzy, headache). So, I decided to purchase herbs individually to see if I could pinpoint which I can tolerate.

Beginning on the 1st, I started red clover. I split a 350mg capsule in 8, and took 1/8 at a time til I got up to 4/8. The headache started yesterday. So, I dropped it and started fennel today. Again, I split a 480mg capsule into 3, took 1/3 earlier..felt fine. So, I took another 1/3 again about 6 hours later. Boom - headache.

Question: Should I just keep looking for something I'm not allergic to, or should I just keep very low doses? I don't think taking a low dose would be enough to make my breasts grow.

On a positive note, I did massage with FSO and take flaxseed orally. Not allergic. I did experience some boob sensations when using those. Can I grow with just FSO?

Thanks!

The capsules have fillers and additives and generally stronger. You could try fenugreeks and fennel "seeds" food sourced from health shops or asian grocers. But more importantly the headaches may mean you dont need these herbs due to an inbalance in your hormones. Id stop capsules esp liquid extracts.
FYI the people who seemed to do well ate the sprouts and the seeds of these herbs not necessarily popping them in pill form.
i GREW intolerant to pill based herbs too. I reckon your body rejects things if they are bad for you.
PS those pre mix blends have alot of questionable ingrediants and likely non organic (possible gmo) depending on the source
