Hi ladies! Another new lurker for the ranks!

Hi everyone, it's nice to meet you! Heart I'm new here to these forums, and I guess the first thing to do is come to this section and regale you with my rambling! Hehe, I'm really sorry for how long-winded this is! It's a terrible habit of mine to go off on tangents like this. It REALLY means a lot to me and my suffering self-esteem, and I know this is the one place where everyone understands how I'm feeling. If you're willing to read through all this, I will be eternally grateful to you, darlings!

Well, just like everyone else here, I'm interested in NBE...from what I know so far, it's entirely possible to yield some results from herbal supplements and consistent massaging, so I'd love to give it a go - but first I'd prefer to consult the wiser and more experienced women on this forum. Blush

A bit more about me first, though, so you know what kind of chick you're dealing with! I'm about to turn 20 this August, am 5'8", and weigh 128 lbs. I'm currently a 36B cup, and my right is a bit smaller than the left (apparently that's very common, and something I wish I knew how to naturally fix). When I was in high school I weighed about 145 lbs. and was a 36C. Basically I lost some fullness and went down a cup size after I lost weight, which really upset me because I was completely happy with the size of my breasts: they weren't enormous, but they weren't small either, and I thought that was perfect. It's not like there's anything wrong with being a B-cup, but I suppose since I had the C-cup, I know what it was like and therefore I really miss it. So I'm sure you get what my problem is now. :s

I'm not as distraught about the shrinkage as I used to be, considering I had no choice but to grow accustomed to my new size, but it still bothers me enough to consider natural enhancement using herbs. I refuse to ever get implants, because I think fake boobs are extremely unattractive and they're like lying to both the world and yourself. Real breasts for the win! However, it would make me very happy to return to my old 36C size without having to put all that weight back on; I'm happy being overall slimmer like this, but the way that I'm built looks better with a slightly larger cup size (in my opinion).

I don't have much money considering I have a hefty out-of-state college tuition, but I'm willing to invest in a simple routine that could hopefully restore a bit of life to the girls. Obviously I want the full cup size back, but even just a small amount of improvement would still make me happy. =) I'll definitely try massaging each day, since that's simple and hopefully not too expensive. If you massage your breasts regularly, what oils or lotions did you find worked best for you? I heard that Bawdy Butter is a nice choice since it has MSM in it, which I would like to try, but that's $50 for that alone...ouch. Is there a cheaper yet still effective alternative to that? And you basically just massage the oil or lotion directly into your skin, correct?

I don't have any hormonal imbalances that I'm aware of, by the way, so using herbal supplements should be relatively safe to my knowledge. The only thing is that I may have slightly higher levels of androgen, but I'm attributing that to my rather vicious sweet tooth. Is is true that sugar can impede boob growth? So saaaad! =(

Anyway, any insight or recommendations on the following would be super greatly appreciated! No, you're not required to answer all or even any of these, but any clarification on any of them would be wonderful:

-Fennel vs. fenugreek pills and their effectiveness
-Taking things orally vs. rubbing them into your skin. Also, is it true that consuming powder is more effective than taking a pill since the herbal content gets absorbed more directly?
-Vitamin C supplements combined with MSM (taken orally) for generally good results: Fact or Myth?
-What's all this ruckus about Borage Oil? Is Evening Primrose Oil a good and equally effective alternative?

Yes, I know that there's no universal solution and that a different combination works for each woman, but I'm just trying to figure out what the most common methods are to get an idea of where to start. I was thinking of taking one or two supplements orally, and then doing the massages, and keeping this up for a few months and seeing where that gets me. Hopefully this will work once I get started! Heart

Anyway, this is ridiculously long now...enough of me talking, I'd love to hear what you have to say! Once again thank you SO MUCH for any and all help that you can give me! And before anybody says it, I do know how important it is to love yourself the way you are...I've been working on that, I honestly have, and if no routine works for me then I really do have to just accept my new smaller size...but it would make me very happy to get results like some of the fortunate girls on these boards. =)

Hi, welcome to the forum. I believe any cream will work. I use Vaseline cocoa butter. If you want the added benefits of MSM, you can buy MSM in powder and mix it with your cream. MSM powder is very cheap on its own, and it will not cost you $50 for it. You can buy it at http://www.swansonvitamins.com/. Or you can even take it internally. Since you've mentioned you are on a budget, have you considered a breast pump? The noogleberry system is $60, and you pay once. It works great with herbs if you wanted to do that on the side. I've noticed almost everyone gets results with a pump. I'm hoping mine will come soon. I would also suggest positng your question either in the main category or the herbal category. Good luck.

greetings! i massage with sweet almond oil to which i have added geranium essential oil and ylang ylang essential oil. this recipe, which is more detailed, was brought to my attention variously in cyberspace. i guess all three have estrogenic affects. i have heard that jojoba oil should be avoided as it draws out fat. there is so much information out there. who needs sleep?! you don't happen to be a literature major? been there. i have to hold myself back at times, especially when the word engineering gets outta hand! our type tend to express ourselves like old englanders at an early age! good luck and welcome Big Grin
