Just start lower about half the dose you would the other tonic. Raise it from there over a month.

Thanks for getting back to me. Which BO brand is the tincture made from? About how long will one bottle last? I supposed each bottle comes in 1 oz, right? Could you also please tell me how much it is for one bottle?
