Relax there are only so many people reading all the threads. A lot of people stop visiting the forums over time so many who are here are new like you. You could do better by using the search function and finding out what old members did for their plans, even though they might not be posting anymore.

If you haven't been growing from PM then don't jump straight to 1000 mg and don't add more PM on top of that like PM oil. Try 500 mg first then increase only if 500 mg works, and only stay at 1000 mg if it seems better than 500. Too much can be bad for growing. If 500 doesn't work, don't use more, instead stop using it before you mess yourself up further. You take it during the first half of your menstrual cycle, maybe 12-14 days, to avoid problems with your period. During the second half of your menstrual cycle you may use progesterone cream if you like. Likewise use a minimal amount first and increase it only if it works.

Add a 50% saponin fenugreek or shatavari extract. Amazon and iherb both have them. Take 1200 mg every day, all month long. Make sure it is 50% saponin. Also add 320 mg saw palmetto extract, likewise all month long, make sure it is an extract. These are usually quite mild and actually quite good for your health and hormonal balance so do this before bothering with a pump. A pump seems like a lot more trouble. Pueraria mirifica and progesterone cream on the other hand can sometimes cause hormonal issues so before using a larger amount of those two you may want to try pumping first. Or if you find out that you don't tolerate any of these herbs well you can pump instead.

hey dream,

don't despair, keep searching here in the forum while nobody answers you, there's a lot of useful infos to help you to start a program.
Maybe you can tell us more about you, like age, if you've ever had your hormones tested, etc... If you don't know how's your hormonal situation maybe 1000mg of PM to start it's not the best option. And you should consider to test your hormones during your NBE journey.
And careful about ebay breast pumps, i can tell you from my experience. I've order once a random pump from ebay and it's scam. Never worked and seller never returned me my money.

thank you for your reply's. I'm 32 and first time I came across pm pills was when I was trying to lose weight. I didn't even know breast enhancement pills even existed I bought weight loss pills and in the sellers other items I came across rapid bust so ordered those and took two pills in the morning two in the evening (didn't know any thing about this forum or side effects) they worked maybe because of the high dosage apparently they are 1000mg per capsules. I didn't continue because I realised they weren't vegetarian so bought breast actives which gave me breast pain but no actual growth. my breasts aren't empty they are wide, skin spreads out hoping to increase a size or two. thanks

sorry for spelling mistakes my English isn't very good.

I'm in uk so I'm not sure about how to check hormones levels I have regular periods and they are every 30 days. the lady I have bought the pm pills off has advised me to take 2 pills a day 1000mg in total and has her pictures up on the listing saying she's grown from a to full d. I have used three different creams which are bella must up and breast active cream plus the sellers pm cream which apparently has 10% of pm in it plus coconut extracts. I find all these didn't work as when you massage they rub off after minute of massaging. the reason I ordered the pm oil.

She may be only trying to get a sale, or she may have had the right hormones to grow from PM. You may or may not and you can't tell without a hormone test. It's better to try less first because if you have the wrong hormones you may make them even more wrong and make it harder to grow, even thwarting any progress you may have made from other methods. You can find hormone tests online, and you want to test estrogen and progesterone at minimum. If your estrogen is low and your progesterone is high, or you otherwise have a low ratio of estrogen to progesterone then you'll probably respond better to PM. If your estrogen to progesterone ratio is high then PM could be the worst thing for making your breasts grow, and in extreme cases it could even prevent them from growing or shrink them.

Since you are in the UK you can't buy progesterone cream so it is especially important to not get overloaded with herbs like PM. 500 mg vitex can help but it is very weak. It won't be enough to compensate if your estrogen to progesterone ratio is too high.

Many creams contain very little so they can save money. So often the results are weak if there are any at all. That may be what you experienced. Maybe that is a good sign that you responded well to PM, fenugreek and/or similar herbs in those products, even though you barely responded. More fenugreek would be good, especially a 50% saponin extract so that it is stronger. More PM may or may not be good, since you might easily get too much and unlike fenugreek get thrown out of balance.

See if i can help you a bit..
I think you should keep doing your research here in the forum and I bet you'll find some useful information to start understanding NBE and help you to start building your first program. You have to keep in mind that sometimes the first program don't come along with the intended results. NBE is different for everybody, what works for some, don't work for other. It's about trial and error, listen to your body and tons of patience and positive thinking. It will take time, but sure you will see results from it.

Your hormone panel is useful for you to know what are the needs of your body, and to guide your steps throughout your journey.

You can try to check your hormones via your doctor, if you can't, there are some saliva tests that you can order. Peggy shown me this one: http://www.medivere.de/shop/Frau/Hormons...-Frau.html
or this one that is more complete http://www.medivere.de/shop/Frau/Hormons...-plus.html. The basic idea is to know if you have low/high estrogen compared with your levels of progesterone. Then there are many other factors to consider too.

There are also online tests that can give you an idea, but of course it's not that accurate. http://www.johnleemd.com/hormone-balance...ecker.html

So, PM is an estrogenic herb (strong) that can imbalance your hormones. Especially if you are already estrogen dominant. And as a strong estrogenic herb, you should balance with some progesterone too. But well, to start, i would not go that way. I would start with adaptogenic herbs as surferjoe told you. And add some anti-dht herbs. Good nutrition is super important as well. Massage is very important too, so i would prefer to do that with organic oils instead of industrialized lotions.

Here are some important links (from Lotus) with useful information.

I will start with one pill for the fist month and see how it goes and will stop 10 days before my periods and see how it goes. vitex isn't this made of placenta? I'm vegetarian so this isn't an option. do you think fenugreek capsules may work better than breast active?. or if you could recommend other herbs for growth that I can take in the days I don't take pm? thanks

That sounds like a good idea with the PM.

Vitex agnus castus is a berry, you can take it. Yes I think fenugreek will work better than breast actives if it's a 50% saponin extract. It will be much stronger. If it's not a 50% saponin extract then it is weaker and you may need way more. So it's better to just get the strong extract instead of taking a huge pile of pills. You take both herbs all month long even on the same days that you take PM. I can't think of any herb for progesterone strong enough to match the PM, only progesterone cream which you can't buy in the UK. So you need to hope your body has enough progesterone naturally, or if not the PM won't work as well and you'll have to use less PM or none.

If you want an anti-dht herb, then options will be included in Odile's link to anti-androgens. All of these are to lower testosterone in case it is too high.
