I'm just warning you

#1

Hello, lovely Ladies.
I write this post out of love for all you wonderful women trying to increase your breast size like I was. I will make a long story short. I tried NBE twice in my life. The second time I used PM. I gained alot of cellulite in my thighs and butt that I still can not get rid of. But that is not what this post is about.
Last June, I was diagnosed with a breast lump. I had to have a biopsy done that showed it was a Fibroadenoma. A benign Breast tumor. So now a year later I have developed a new one. The size of a large grape. So in doing my research the cause is from Oestrogen. Now I will continue to develop these tumors.

Fibroadenomas are stimulated by estrogen and progesterone, and by lactation during pregnancy, and they undergo atrophic changes in menopause.16 Some fibroadenomas have receptors and respond to growth hormone and epidermal growth factor.20

I also took many other supplements such a fenugreek. So what I am trying to say I surely hope none of you get these. They are painful, they swell really big and go down during my cycle. I am very happy with my small frame now, I've come to love myself as I am. I just wanted to reach out to you all and please be so careful. If I could do this over I wouldn't do it.

Blessings to you all on your journey.

Lotus, my dear amazing friend. Can you shed some light on my situation. Do you think progesterone would counter balance the tumors?

Tiny I wondered what happened as a result of your lump.
Thanks soo much for sharing.
As unfortunate as this is for you its something we NEED to hear and give us a reality check.
Did you ever talk with your doctor about what you were doing NBE?

Could you update us with what you have taken over your time doing NBE, like the herbs and dosages to give us a heads up? Ie im taking somewhat higher doses periodically of fenugreek right now, not for boobs but to soothe my digestive tract. I know Lotus has warned us about FG Sad

Hi tiny lady, it's so good to hear from you. Big Grin So sorry to hear about the fibroadenoma, their very frustrating, annoying and scary, I have some painful lumps too. It's possible progesterone therapy can ease hormone levels back to normal, which can help mitigate the pain, maybe size?. Some possibilities include a luteal phase defect in progesterone, estrogen (HrT) or a hypersensitivity to estrogen. Caffeine, chocolate, and dietary fat intake also can impact fibroadenomas, (from information I've read so far). Inflammation inside our bodies produces so many sides it's no joke, free radicals due damage on a cellular level that gets out of control. Reducing the inflammatory response can help us repair damage, meaning omega 3's, imo, krill oil over fish oil, which has hidden triglycerides in some supplements, that's going in the wrong direction. I'll post more when I get a chance. Smile I've missed yah!, we should catch up. Wink

Here's some home remedies thats out there.

* Place an ice pack on your breast to help with bruising and discomfort. Leave the ice pack on for 20 minutes, then remove the ice pack and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

* One of the oldest and the most effective remedy is to apply hot compress to the breasts. Place a towel soaked in castor oil on the affected area and place a heating pad on top of it. Hold this in place for at least an hour for maximum results.

* Alternatively, massage your breasts regularly with plain castor oil. You can also apply castor oil that is mixed with herbs or essential oils or evening primrose oil. Massaging your breast also helps you to keep track of the changes that occur in your breasts.

Another thing that is known to help is adding fresh ginger to your tea and drinking that regularly. To make sure that these lumps do not form again, there are a few dietary changes that you need to make. Follow a diet that is low on fats and meat, and high in fiber and soya products. Also, increase the intake of olive oil and fatty fish in your diet. Avoid drinking alcohol altogether but if you can’t then at least keep your alcohol consumption to the minimum. Cut down on your consumption of caffeine and chocolates as well. Your diet should include flax seeds, flax seed oil, and fish oil. Take daily supplements of vitamin C and E as these supplements help in the reduction of excess estrogen. Excess amount of estrogen is known to cause lumpiness and pain in the breast.

Some fibroadenomas have receptors and respond to growth hormone and epidermal growth factor. Which is why they react to HrT, stress, dietary intake, ect.

Ie means "for example", its shorthand Smile
From memory I think Tiny said this started after using PM, but I may be wrong, will wait till she replies. Its soo scary huh. All this stuff builds up in our systems.

Hi, just to contribute a little to this thread
PM does seem too good to be true. I remember few years back, I started on PM dosages and PM lotion for massage at the tender age of 20 for a few months.
I had no underarm hair, so does my mum, hairy underarms dont seem to be in our genes and I was relatively healthy.

Its embarrassing to be relating this topic to this but well - I started developing underarm hair all of a sudden. Perhaps you may argue that it could be due to late puberty (which I would disagree)
Pardon my ignorance in my knowledge in PM, but I believe to certain extent PM does alter our hormones and who knows in which direction it goes? Are we really able to yield only the desirable effects?

Now I just need to someone to confirm that PM creams are harmless since they are applied to the body instead of taken orally. I would assume oral consumption of PM would pose a greater risk?

There is a really good piece re this from Lotus but I wouldn't know where to start to find it. But yes we digest very little in pill form esp if compromised digestive tract. Topical bypasses and goes straight into the blood stream so worse. Depending on the cream/carrier oil it might be lessened or amplified. I wouldn't consider it.

We all know that we dont know what these herbs are exactly doing..But I personally have the trust in my body that when I'm doing something wrong and I respond acurate on that with a cleanse/stop taking herbs our body's are able to repair damage and fall back in their old settings.. Otherwise taking BCP would f*** you up forever.

Further I dont know for how long you took PM Cshepherd? And for how long you are clean?(off PM and off other herbs)
When you are taking something strong and potent as PM which can disregulate your cycles and do other things with your body I'm not surprised at all that It could give you more hair over time.. I think you might took PM for too long or too high dosage and when you quitted the PM you got a drop in the estrogen(which over time will be okay) But now left you with hairs.
I had the same when I took a bcp for years not knowing anything about bcp, it seemed it was one full off estradiol..When i quited it I suddenly had hairs on my back and acne..which id not had before, It took me about a year to get myself back.. I was barely menstruating after that bcp. But for altering your hormones I think you must heavily suspress your own hormones for a long time.. And I believe that we say on breastnexus to not take something longer than 3 months.Thats what I do at least. Have some breaks to stay safe..And dont overdose.

About the PM cream.. I think nothing is harmless its all up to you, how much you take and can tolerate etc. But something taken locally can be much more effective since its at the right spot immediatly..and nothing is broken down by the liver. When you take orally especially something as potent as PM i think it defenitly has more effects on your total welbeeing, your cylces your mood..

Progesterone does two things, it is the precursor to androgens which are the precursors to estrogens, and it causes duct branching.

Because of body hair, it could be that progesterone is converted into androgens, and not enough of it is aromatized into estrogen.

Lumps can be from too much progesterone, or too much of another hormone. I hypothesize that too much duct branching without elongation can cause a lot of crowded tissue, but this doesn't explain lumps from too much estrogen, except for unhealthy cell growth.

If anyone is having these problems, avoid prolactin and progesterone herbs, like fenugreek, fennel. PM looks too risky. Fruits, vegetables, grains, vitamins, and green tea hopefully should help.

I hypothesize that aromatase/phytoestrogen such as tea tree, or lavender could help, but anyone with lumps, it is not worth the risk. Something such as lavender might help, or it might make things worse when a lump is already present. This study is worth reading, Epigenetic reactivation of estrogen receptor-α (ERα) by genistein enhances hormonal therapy sensitivity in ERα-negative breast cancer . They normally treat lumps with androgens.

As suggested above a cleanse sounds good.
