I understand placenta has a lot of hormones in it that aid breast growth, but I was wondering if someone could let me know what hormones does it play on? is it loaded with estrogen? I can't find anything online about why it helps breast growth other than this site--

I understand everything it's saying but it's very vague.. does placenta work like PM? would it be considered a phytoestrogens or when would you cycle it? or is it like Bovine Ovary and glandular/highly hormonal?
I want to stay away from E since I am E dom but I am making a new program and I have seen a lot of women using placenta in their program and I am just wondering when exactly does it come into play.

The following article by Jay Brachfeld, M.D. will explain more on placenta, and also says the following:
"As they are a mammal placenta, like humans, they contain a high amount of the hormone
estradiol – an estrogen. This may up a woman’s risk of developing breast and/or uterine cancer. In men, while these products may make their skin look younger, the addition of such a powerful female hormone may also cause them to have increased breast tissue, cause them to become impotent, or increase their risk of prostate cancer or diabetes.
Sheep placenta also contains progesterone which, although it balances estrogen in humans, too much of it is not desirable."

You are welcome. Actually I did not know the risks involved with animal placenta, and I did not know that there is plant placenta. I ordered some plant one for myself after that posting.

Oh wow, I had no idea there was that much hormonal activity in placenta, although it makes sense. I've been taking sheep placenta since I started the Vitex, but mainly for my skin. I wonder if the placenta is contributing to the sensitivity of late...?
Hmmm.

Pom, thank you
I hope you get the results you're looking for from it! <3
sole, maybe now you can switch to plant placenta since it does the same thing but without the hormones!
ps: sheep does seem the best out of any other of the placentas on that site- but for nbe someone was using Whitex and got good results, but that is from pig. (Whitex – pig placenta + hyaluronic acid)
