Another bad experience with PC cream. This time TWO night wakes gasping for breath so I'm chucking it.

Still taking fenugreek 1200mg per day... Um found some collagen cookies which I'm going to buy hell yes! Help with connective tissue and my knees play up so thatl be good.
Still having miso soup with msn and my regular vits.
Thinking of canning the soy milk as apparently a big gas producer, however since substituting the cows milk I have completely gone off dairy milk. I'm not a fan of soy per say but I'm take it any day over cows milk now.

Found a LIP plumper made from bee venom which "claims" to give a fuller plumper look to lips and improve collagen etc. Look forward to seeing how/if it works.
Be nice to shift my focus from boobs and weight for a change!!!!
Will update a progress photo once it arrives and get the time frame for which it is meant to work because I KNOW im not the only one who would be interested in more luscious lips look

Maybe you can do the scoop & swoop to your lips! But, they already look pretty kissable to me!

knowing my luck I'm end up allergic to bee venom and end up with a troutey mouth fish lips!
