I'm having a cleAnse for thirty days now. Some key ingredients are kudzu root dandelion and milk thistle. It's a powerful formula so if I get side effects il stop. with that said taking kudzu is said to enlarge the breasts although coupled with milk thistle time will tell... It seems based on this kudzu exhibits similar effects to its cousin PM. It's the closest to taking PM I think il get for the near future anyway.

Also doing this massage along with macadamia nut oil I brought today as a massage agent. It smells quite strong very much like seasame oil but the smell subsides pretty quickly.

Breast wise & digestive/ibs tracking.
Detox pill milk thistle/burdock/dandelion & 1200mg kudzu alone (bearing in mind powdered form and my impaired digestion) potentially not absorbing much product but kudzu high in phyto estrogen (considering halving dosage)
Fenugreek up to 1800mg daily -really helps colon (powdered seed)
Fennel tea (wild/sweet/leaf) blend -huge help with bloating X 1-2 cups daily
One miso soup daily non gmo
Vit d/msm/bee pollen or other whole food multi/fish oil/blackseed x2 daily
1-2spearmint tea daily
Daily-linseed/flax pumpkin seed ground into cereal.
Will start glutamine to heal ibs 1-2000mg daily although reluctant to use glutamine..
Lemon/ginger teas morning and evening
Maca/gelatinised: not sure as no mAca today and stomach quite settled this evening even after big meal and wine where as previous day's can be very bloated by evening when taken maca during day.
Concerns: too much estrogen promotion so maybe spread out detox pills to couple of days a week..

Ella , follow the process given . I gave that to my staff who had digestive problems passing stools once in 7/ 10 days . She also shows signs of leaky gut . But she has improved greatly over last month following my advise . You can try it too .
Before eating breakfast , 2 tablespoonful of Virgin coconut oil or olive oil . Follow with porridge oats with cinnamon , some fibre and honey . If you like your caffeine , drink 1/2 glass of water than have 1/2 cup of caffeine drink . Avoid acidic foods , carbonated drinks are no no . Avoid red meats , stodgy foods , sugars , fried food .

Mymoobs I don't want to jinx it... BUT... funnilyenough after seeing my chiropractor yesterday he too told me about the coconut oil, so it seemed fitting you both said that. I had a tablespoon before dinner, then after dinner I had some marshmallow root/fenugreek in water and I had NO gastric issues last night, I slept through the night too without waking up with tummy pain, so I plan to do this daily now and see how I go, thank you

Ella , to get best result , in morning before breakfast , 2 tablespoon coconut oil, followed by porridge with cinnamon , honey ,fibre .
Evening before meal 2 tablespoon coconut oil followed by salad and meal afterward .
2 HR before bed cocoa / ovaltine / hot chocolate and add coconut oil to it .
You will see good results gradually , eventually clearing your problem .
