Normally mine does too which is odd... I have been massaging with olive oil BUT I'm not doing round and round massage I'm actually doing fat brushing from under my arm pits and up from my tummy. I still don't have a lot of fat to work with but it's something now. Il probably get back home and start eating healthy again and go back to being a rake...

I went on a spending spree on aliexpress this morn while out of town. Pretty bra and some kudzu tea goodness knows why. Funnily enough puearia lobata is marketed by the Chinese as a breast enlarger and anti alcohol herb. They seem to rate is as high as thais rate p mirifica! Il probably chuck it out when it arrives but I'm try it a few times and see how it is.

Ok adding another supp to my growing collection of others.
Until I'm advised or research otherwise I have just taken neocell collagen 1&3 . It's advised it works synergistically with vit c.
Because I'm about to go to bed I'd hope to bypass any tummy upset.
I didn't realise collagen is the glue that holds all our body systems in place along with skin elasticity and circulation.
I did take a large teaspoon of msn earlier so hopefully the two won't conflict.
I have enroute collagen fruit balls with nz bovine collagen. Be a lot easier to consume.
If you NEVER hear from me again then know it was likely an allergic reaction to collagen and please be wary of taking it..
