New Program for DDs - Chiyomilk Alternatives

Hi all Smile

So far I've grown from a small 32b/30c to a small 32d/30dd in the past two years.

I want to be a very full 30dd and maybe I'll want to be a little bigger than that after I reach my short term goal.

After TONS of research, here is my new program that will hopefully speed up the growing process. Bear with me on these long posts!
It is very similar to Chiyomilk's program but with cheaper alternatives.

Recommendations and suggestions are welcome. Wink


Program

Day 1-4 nothing
Day 5-12 375mg PM (3/4 of an Ainterol 500mg pill)
Day 13-14 nothing
Day 15-24 pig placenta (4 pills of Marumen brand from Amazon), wild yam (425mg), Saw Palmetto (320mg), FG (500mg), vitex (400mg), red raspberry extract (liquid in water - 250mg ≈ 7 drops)
Day 25-28 milk thistle cleanse


EVERYDAY in Follicular:

-L-Arg (2g)
-2 multivitamin gummies
-Neocell collagen pills (the one w/vit C) (6g)
-IMPORTANT: 3/4cup of macadamia nuts (fat - this is about 125% of daily value)
-Maybe MSM 1g (for TMJ problems)

EVERYDAY in Luteal:
-L-Arg (2g) EXCEPT days 22-28 (breaks are good)
-2 multivitamin gummies
-Neocell collagen pills (6g every other day or 3g everyday)
-1 fish oil pill (1200mg)
-extra fats in food (i.e. nuts, healthy oils, etc.)
-dandelion root tea (found @ any grocery store) 1500mg drink every other day -- strong diuretic that will drain you of necessary sodium and potassium if drank in excess
-sex Blush (oxytocin) -- every day would be nice lol but as often as possible
-maybe MSM 1g


For all of the doses listed, I plan on splitting them up and taking 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 at night.


I am on bcp (Orth tri cyclen lo) and have been during my entire journey. It makes it a little harder to get results and I know there is a risk of decreased effectiveness of bcp from herb interactions, but everything with nbe is a risk. I try to use a second form of birth control ie condoms and suggest you do as well if you're on bcp!

I just did a month long cleanse and will be starting this program next week once my follicular period starts. So excited!


EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also pump for one hour each day
I use the Kangzhu large pump from amazon and I tape my nipples with surgical tape so they don't get bigger or much bigger at least!

And also, the Bradelis brand of bras is really good. Chiyomilk used this brand in her program and claimed she received about an inch of "growth." The Bradelis bras are correction bras that push the breast tissue from your back and sides towards your cleavage. Over time, this supposedly increases breast size by relocating the fat tissue.
I bought two Bradelis bras on sale (they are fairly pricey). Any good correction bra will do. Make sure the band size is tight enough and that you have some room in the cups for growth. If the cups are too small, this will actually hinder growth.

Research


Part I: Chiyomilk

I did a LOT of research on Chiyomilk, but since her blog is in Japanese and google translator isn't always the best...please correct me if I'm wrong or off on her program.

Chiyo used very low doses, so that is why I am starting off with fairly low doses of everything. If I need to, I will see how my body reacts and up the dose more.
The body's levels of hormones are actually pretty similar to the levels during puberty (not all hormones are equal levels though).

Chiyo claims to have taken 2 Bup drop pills a day
The ingredients in the Super Bup Drop are:
Dextrose, saw palmetto extract, lemon juice, wild Yam extract, Fenugreek, dandelion root extract, black cohosh extract, red clover extract, cumin, Chasteberry extract, plant sterols (soybean origin), sucrose esters of fatty acids, citric acid, flavoring, sweeteners (aspartame, l-phenylalanine compounds), silicon dioxide

It does not say the exact amounts but each pill is 1000mg. So I guessed each herb is between 100-250mg per pill, but I'm not positive.

Chiyo also took ladies pueraria 99% which is a pretty expensive PM and hard to get. I THINK she took 330mg, but I am not sure if it was 165mg. Her posts are a little confusing. 330mg sounds right though.


Part II: The role of hormones during puberty

The main factors for breast growth during puberty are estrogen, human growth hormone, and fat.

The major influence on breast growth during puberty is estrogen, which acts by the development of prolactin-dependent estrogen receptors. In most women the first response to rising estrogen levels is an increase in size, pigmentation of the areola, and the formation of abreast mass beneath the areola (thelarche). The primary effect of estrogen is to stimulate growth in the ductal portion of the gland. This growth can begin at any age between 8 to 14 years and normally occurs in a span of four years.

Normal development requires prolactin(fg),estrogen, progesterone, growth hormone (L arg), insulin (fat) , cortisol (MSM, liver detox), thyroid (iodine) and parathyroid hormone (calcium),and growth factors (vitamins and protein);but this growth is only in anticipation of the development of the fully functional status characterized by full development of the alveoli which occurs only during pregnancy.

Part III: The four main hormones for breast DEVELOPMENT
estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, and oxytocin

During puberty, the breasts undergo periods of cell proliferation and division, which causes the breasts to enlarge and develop.

Estrogen is the hormone that helps control breast cell proliferation and division. According to OSUMC, breast development during puberty begins after the ovaries start to secrete estrogen. This accumulates fat within the connective tissue of the breasts, causing the breasts to enlarge.

Progesterone contributes to development of the breast by signalling for the formation of milk glands. Estrogen first induces enlargement of tissues within the breast, and progesterone ensures these tissues develop proper functioning within the breast to aid in breast development.

According to University of Utah College of Medicine, prolactin is a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland in the brain that stimulates lactation-secretion of milk from the mammary glands of the breast. Prolactin is secreted during the first few days of the menstrual cycle, with noticeable changes in the breast tissue as a result of prolactin noticeable the first few days of menstruation. (This is written wrong on the site, but I think they mean that prolactin levels are a little higher in the luteal phase AND around ovulation)

Oxytocin plays a role in breast development during pregnancy. Like prolactin, oxytocin is secreted by the pituitary gland within the brain. According to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, oxytocin levels are high during the fifth and sixth months of pregnancy, and oxytocin helps stimulate milk production within the breast. The University of California reports that oxytocin also signals to the breast following childbirth to signal lactation in breastfeeding. (for mimicking pregnancy)

Part IV: Why I chose the herbs I chose and their functions

PM: increases estrogen
L-arg: increases human growth hormone
Pig Placenta: (this one has hyaluronic acid which moisturizes skin by holding water in and hydrating) collagen, small amounts of oxytocin, some effect on progesterone
Collagen: important for building breast tissue
Dandelion Root: detoxes the liver, encourages body to use estrogen properly
Red Raspberry: increases oxytocin
Saw Palmetto: Anti-androgen, decreases estrogen
Wild Yam: diosgenin, which is a precursor to progesterone but it cannot be converted to progesterone in the body; acts like estrogen in the body
Vitex: increases progesterone by increasing LH and decreasing FSH which also normalizes prolactin levels
FG: increases prolactin (prolactin increases fat stores in the breasts by reducing fat metabolism)
Oatmeal and massage: increase prolactin




Other Notes:

I eat very healthy and consume lots of protein. I drink protein drinks for an extra boost on my lifting days. I like the Chocolate Premier Protein (30g of protein and you can buy it in bulk at Costco).

I work out a lot (nearly every day).

I eat a lot even though I am very petite. Food is an essential nutrient for booby growth! But -- healthy food is what you want to be eating.

-Refrain from drinking alcohol as much as possible
Alcohol can increase estrogen, decrease progesterone and testosterone, and most importantly decrease HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE. It halts growth. And even though these changes in hormone levels sound good -- they are actually detrimental to your body. Binge drinking can cause hormonal imbalances and may take a few days or weeks for your body to get back on track.
I DO drink, I DO binge drink, but I am trying really hard to cut back a lot and limit it to every month or every few months.

-Don't drink coffee. Coffee stunts growth. If you must have caffeine, have it LESS often and try to stick to black tea.

-Drink lots of WATER!

-Take probiotics or eat yogurt for a general boost in your immune system and to ensure your digestion system is working well Smile

-Get your sleep!

-Forgot to mention in my first post - I pump for one hour every day! I follow this with a few minutes of the fat brushing technique chiyomilk used. Also, I have seen great results from pumping alone without any herbs.

-If you can't pump, massage is VERY important.
You can massage with flaxseed oil, avocado oil, olive oil, etc. Or you can make your own oil concoctions.

I already take msm and eat a lot of vitc + supplement which helps in forming collagen. But the pig placenta sounds interesting, only the hormones in it i'd rather ditch:p But I'm going to read your other post now, since I can't read enough about the nbe thing,lol.

Ooh thank YOU actually! I was looking for that quote but couldn't find it haha. I just copy and pasted and skimmed most of the stuff I posted above because it was all in my notes before.
I was thinking of adding high amounts of FG from days 1-2 only but I couldn't find any info to back this reasoning up so I'm not sure if I will do that..

Also, I was taking 2g of msm before and vitamin c but when I added the neocell collagen (6g) on top of the msm in my last program I saw some nice booby growth results. It seemed like my breasts responded better to pumping. Also, my skin had a really nice glow and any blemishes or cuts healed really fast. The only downside was that I had to take 6 large pills a day...

Hi boobie growers Smile

I still can't decide if I want to post progress pics or not :/

I've been taking them since the very beginning.. except I really wish I had taken side pictures from the beginning because it is pretty hard to tell the difference in size JUST from front pictures.

For now I've decided to find some pics on the internet that closely resemble my progress so you can have a better idea of how my boobies have changed.
NOTE: None of these photos are of me; they're all pics from a quick google search Blush

The first picture is PRETTY spot on with how my breasts looked before herbs, before massage, before ANY nbe. And one of my breasts was even slightly smaller than the other haha.
   

And the 3 pics after are the closest I could find to what my breasts look like currently at the start of my new program.

Your progress is amazing though! and I like how you have research to back up your program. Definitely a good guide, I think I'll look into L-Arginine for growth hormone and I should definitely exercise and sleep more since it promotes human growth hormone.
