Like I said I'm a vegetarian so I try to make sure I get enough protein, but if you have any better brands or anything else to recommend I'm open to all ideas. =) really appreciate the help.
See if you can find a wholefood multivitamin or superfood suppelments. I read centrum is just synthetic vitamins, I brought this one and apparently it contains all the essentials and in whole food forms. If you have any doubts google wholefood vs synthetic vitamens and you be the judge from there

Oh awesome, was just looking into a different multivitamin actually. Thanks, I saw this one I thought about trying:
http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Maximum-Potency-Tablets/dp/B003B3OOP0/ref=sr_1_46?ie=UTF8&qid=1439327608&sr=8-46&keywords=organic+multivitamin
I was also looking into another one at first which was an organic multivitamin:
http://www.amazon.com/Rainbow-Light-Womens-Organic-Multivitamin/dp/B0033ZFIGA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1439327681&sr=8-1&keywords=organic+multivitamin
But the organic rainbow one has red clover in it which I'm kinda wary about..

You can take a look into Liqorice extract(tea) as well. Do research everything recommended!
