Never sell anything to this girl because she doesn't send payment.
It's a shame people on here can't act right as "virtual friends" for a common cause.

That's Awful! Did you sell her a product?? If you did than you can report her unless she/he is from a different country. Do you have her full name/address/Emails you exchanged about the purchase? I will advice people to make exchanges on eBay or amazon. Good Luck. Hopefully she will payback the user.
