Try to take more vitamin C to lower cortisol levels, do things that release stress, draw, watch a show, something that is fun for *you* to lower cortisol and to help the stress.
I agree with lotus to cut back a bit, cleanse-- a lemon, mint water drink could help along with the green tea / spearmint. Taking a lower dose of PM should help if you decide to start up again. Maybe Fenugreek might be less potent for you, I hear they're essentially the same thing just PM is a little more intense.
From my understanding it seems your issues more lie in other breast hormones than estrogen..

of course there are even more than those (protein, collagen, etc) but chances are if you're noticing negative changes in your body when you're introducing it to a specific hormone, imo you have enough of that hormone..
Ie. I took PM and my breast shrunk/did more damage than good because I had enough estrogen in my body-- I took PC and my breast grew and it aided in my NBE because I was lacking P.
Well I think it was a premenstrual moodswing. I should have known! Anyhow my cycle was 36 days long this time(previous 38) and I did not used pc and about 3 capsules of pm spread in follic. And still such a long cycle while my previous cycles before this program were about 26 days average.
My breasts size is not a lot of different they only look rounder and my skin feels nicer.
Well I picked up green tea but I am confused when to use it as its also hormonal and my cycle is already so messed up!! It is actually quite hilarious at times I feel so dumb but its not fun at all.
That's long cycles.. I've started up on vitex this time around.
I just have one green tea a day for its detox properties. Make sure your green tea is organic. Read a horror story of a girl who went onto liver failure after drinking multiple green teas a day for weight loss and it was contaminated with heavy metals. Not to scare you as this was a "slightly" isolated case , even organic you never really know do ya. I was gonna up my green tea till I read that shit.
My period was eariler this month by 27 days, I am usually 28-- on bad days my period can run late as far as 33 days. 38 days is a long time though-- especially since your average was even less than the womans average cycle. It could be your body getting used to the PM, you could give it some time-- or if you can't take it you could detox and start over.. I have a feeling you're putting too much PM in your system and its just too much on your body. PM can be very powerful :/
You said before you don't get luteal swelling anymore either, I know that PM is suppose to relief PMS symptoms but I have a feeling you're just making your follicular phase longer-- that's what happened to me. It was as if my body wasnt making enough or releasing P during luteal anymore, and those were the months my period was late by 33 days or so and it sucked! I noticed more cramping too, but that was just me.
I noticed the more PC I use my menses is back on schedule and this month was even one day early. Some months (like this month) I feel like I am balanced and enter follic/luteal just fine but some months, like last month, I feel like my luteal is longer than my follic (which I don't mind at all. I ovulate faster and then my breast swell for longer, which I love-- I dont have many issues in luteal) and then my period is on time.
I am not completely saying this is what is happening to you, but its something to consider imo-- that the PM is lengthening your cycle and it could just be too much. Don't stop it completely though if you decide. Make sure you ween yourself off of it- you're taking 3, start taking 2, then 1, then skip a day then 1 etc etc drink detoxing teas as you get to skipping days etc etc
but that's only if you decide to stop
and you can drink green tea all the time, any time. I wouldn't cycle tea, it's not that serious. Imagine if it was winter and people wanted tea but couldnt drink it because it's not "the time" to drink it lol tea is good all the time
There are scare stories every where now a days, I wouldn't worry about it. Organic is best but that lady-- if she had a weight loss tea that wasnt well known on the market or some under ground crap, that could be why that happened. Highly unlikely that would ever happen to us
