Well I think it was a premenstrual moodswing. I should have known! Anyhow my cycle was 36 days long this time(previous 38) and I did not used pc and about 3 capsules of pm spread in follic. And still such a long cycle while my previous cycles before this program were about 26 days average.
My breasts size is not a lot of different they only look rounder and my skin feels nicer.
Well I picked up green tea but I am confused when to use it as its also hormonal and my cycle is already so messed up!! It is actually quite hilarious at times I feel so dumb but its not fun at all.

I just have one green tea a day for its detox properties. Make sure your green tea is organic. Read a horror story of a girl who went onto liver failure after drinking multiple green teas a day for weight loss and it was contaminated with heavy metals. Not to scare you as this was a "slightly" isolated case , even organic you never really know do ya. I was gonna up my green tea till I read that shit.

My period was eariler this month by 27 days, I am usually 28-- on bad days my period can run late as far as 33 days. 38 days is a long time though-- especially since your average was even less than the womans average cycle. It could be your body getting used to the PM, you could give it some time-- or if you can't take it you could detox and start over.. I have a feeling you're putting too much PM in your system and its just too much on your body. PM can be very powerful :/

You said before you don't get luteal swelling anymore either, I know that PM is suppose to relief PMS symptoms but I have a feeling you're just making your follicular phase longer-- that's what happened to me. It was as if my body wasnt making enough or releasing P during luteal anymore, and those were the months my period was late by 33 days or so and it sucked! I noticed more cramping too, but that was just me.

I noticed the more PC I use my menses is back on schedule and this month was even one day early. Some months (like this month) I feel like I am balanced and enter follic/luteal just fine but some months, like last month, I feel like my luteal is longer than my follic (which I don't mind at all. I ovulate faster and then my breast swell for longer, which I love-- I dont have many issues in luteal) and then my period is on time.

I am not completely saying this is what is happening to you, but its something to consider imo-- that the PM is lengthening your cycle and it could just be too much. Don't stop it completely though if you decide. Make sure you ween yourself off of it- you're taking 3, start taking 2, then 1, then skip a day then 1 etc etc drink detoxing teas as you get to skipping days etc etc

but that's only if you decide to stop Tongue

and you can drink green tea all the time, any time. I wouldn't cycle tea, it's not that serious. Imagine if it was winter and people wanted tea but couldnt drink it because it's not "the time" to drink it lol tea is good all the time Big Grin

Yeh your right. Just get organic and not from China as I hear that's where a lot of lead contamination comes from. I need to get some today too. I feel like I drink teas all day long now too.

No no no, you misunderstood me..I only took some like a lick of powder spread over my follicular phase which was about a total of 3 or 4 capsules in 14days, because even that tiny bit affected my appetite and mood..

I did used pc for like 3 times in my luteal with days between it...

Previous 2 cycles I used both 150-300mg pm + full pc round.

So wtf is causing this..pc or pm. I thought pm might cause spotting or shorter cycles and pc could lenghten your luteal.. Thats just my information. Anyhow I agree in doing a detox theres only one thing thats stopping me a bit....my breasts do look better...Big GrinBlush Not only my breasts Im finally gaining easier and Ill feel my body looks more rounded and soft.
Its like choosing with the heart but I know I have to choose with the brains or not whining bout it.

If you're noticing more cramping it's most likely due to more estrogen intake. I would say it's PM. I think the fact your boobies are looking bigger (congrats!) is that you're balancing yourself out. The PC combined with PM- cycled, are mimicking your actual hormones. Adding the hormones you're in-taking are increasing the hormones you have, thus making them bigger! yay! Maybe you have low P & E at the same time? Have you ever got your hormones checked? you could have higher T if you have low P & E, that could block boobies receptors Tongue maybe that is your problem? I cannot diagnose you though, this is just a shot in the dark.

Yeh well the messing up started previous month with 38 days.. that month I took full dose of everything, this cycle is a couple of days shorter already..so maybe my body tried to restore a bit already.
Anyhow b12 in pm is new to me, my hair do feels softer though..but excess vitamins are pied out indeed, it can only be harmful for the kidneys or the liver if its really a lot.

My initial thought while starting NBE is using the natural approach because Ive just been underfed for a long time...and you cant expect a body that not nourished well that its balanced. In puberty everything started to grow and within a year everything was gone, breasts butt etcetera all due to not eating.
So ive always thought that I am in a vicous circle, not having enough tissue(tissues create hormones, are breeding places for hormones). So also have a bad hormonal balance. Without good hormonal balance its also hard to gain weight. As with fat people its often the other way around. They have to much tissue and too much estrogen so are often uable to loose weight.

So I started eating more, paying attention to al the nutrients in ''the rainbow'' etc. But it was VERY hard...my body constantly wanted to go back to its ''set point'''(google term, its interesting) Its a zone a body is familiar with and accordingly regulates your metabolism etc to that.
So I gained maybe 2 kgs then Ate one week a bit more bad, and then all my weight was gone.
Now I see that if I give it a bit extra estrogen, I get appetite back and my body is tending to forget that set point.. why would we want a small stomach and eat so little.. Without Pm i can only eat like a mice. And with I suddenly can eat plenty whenever I want. Normally even tiny bit of food made me bloated, just because I wasnt used to eating :S.

So heres how people can get stuck in certain habits, like overeating or anorexic.. Once your anorexic your body is used to that and even makes you feel as if it wants to stay anorexic. I'm sure PM would work great for such girls.

I'm sure once I get to a healthy weight my body hormones are just normal but right now I tend to think everything is just low just like with you Ella.
But I have not (yet) done testing..Im scared of needles..

80mgs with 16mg miroesteol but 1000mg b12 :s

But shit that first cycle for you on pm messed u up good didn't it..
