My fenugreek/herbal plan

#1

Hi everyone, this is my 2nd attempt at nbe. I want to grow at least 1 cup size and grow my booty too. I tried fenugreek a couple years ago and it made me really sick because I took WAY too much. I bought some yesterday and I also got some progesterone cream to put on one of my boobs that is a little smaller than the other. I also have some other supplements I plan on taking

Here is my plan:
GNC brand fenugreek 610 mg, 2 a day
Primrose oil 1000 mg, 2 a day
Flaxseed oil, 1000 mg, 2 a day
Kelp 600 mg, 1 a day
GNC maca root 525 mg, 2 a day
Garlic 1000 mg, 1 a day
Hair skin and nails vitamin, 1 a day

I'm massaging the progesterone cream into my left breast 3 times a day and I put a little on my wrist.

Does this seem like an ok plan? I worry if any of these supplements should not be taken together. Thank you so much in advance for any advice/tips! Smile

I think it seems a good conservative approach. No one can tell you how these herbs will affect you though. Learnt that the hard way..
But it seems you have covered your bases. I'd start lowww with all to monitor the effects. Actually I'd start with JUST maca or JUST saw palmetto and see how that went first. All these competing herbs worries me how they interact in the body but I err on the side of caution these days.
I think omega 3 and 6 is important though and a good whole food multi couple with massage and circulation e exercises.
Keep is updated anywAy

That little fenugreek is unlikely to have any effect at all. Maybe fenugreek isn't for you. What issues were you having before? If it was faintness, dizziness or other weird feelings don't use any at all. If it was an upset stomach then switch to a fenugreek extract.

Ditto for the maca. Oils, garlic, kelp and vitamins are nice but don't specifically cause NBE on their own. Supplements rarely interfere with each other btw.

Which leaves progesterone cream. Have you gotten your hormones tested and found that your estrogen is high and your progesterone is low? If so it may be very helpful. If not it may not be helpful at all, and might even make you shrink. Estrogen and progesterone need to work together; a bunch of one and little of the other and they won't work, and you might even remove whatever you used to have.

Ella thank you for your reply. I have actually taken maca for 3 months now and I have seen hardly any results but maybe my dosage is too low. I need to get some saw palmetto. I appreciate the advice & I will update later on my progress (hopefully, if I have any hah)

Surferjoe, when I took fenugreek before I took a ton of it and ended up throwing up non stop for days until I passed out and ended up going to the hospital. I do feel somewhat dizzy and faint when I take it but maybe that's my imagination. When I took fenugreek last I did notice some growth and I figured I could gradually up my dosage.
I haven't tested my hormones and I'm glad you told me that! I'm going to the Dr on Tuesday. I felt like I had noticed my breasts shrinking since I started the progesterone. I think I am going to hold off on that for now. Thank you for that information

When I mixed fenugreek and goats rue even low doses I blacked out too and ended up in hospital so yeh I wouldn't touch it if you suspect that could happen again. Fenugreek is meant to be so safe huh.... I can tolerate it on its own but never did a thing for growth . I just take it for digestion now.
I couldn't tolerate maca too. Gave me heart palpitations at higher doses.
Hopefully SP might work for you. I scrolled thru pages of testomines of girls getting bigger breast after using SP.

The vomiting could be from an upset stomach then, and maybe the faintness was only from the vomiting. Fenugreek has a lot of irritating fiber that gets thick and slimy when wet. Try an extract and see if you feel weird or not. No fiber, no irritation. If you still feel faint then you may want to back off; some people get faint from even a tiny amount and some have no bad reaction at all to lots. They have 50% saponin extracts in capsules and a little goes a long way, so you won't need to take as many. You could gradually get used to the whole herb but that only goes so far before it's hard to handle no matter how long you wait. This would be especially nice since you grew from it before.

It's popular to combine fenugreek with a little saw palmetto extract or another anti-androgen. This makes a lot of sense because fenugreek ups everything (including androgens slightly) and lowers nothing, so you reduce the one hormone you want lower not higher. Likewise too much whole saw palmetto might irritate your stomach. It is very bitter.

Glad I could help you figure out how hormones and so on works. Yes a test will give you a lot of info on which one(s) would help you.

Ella, that is crazy that you ended up at the hospital too! I thought I'd be the only one on here that has experienced such a negative reaction. I wasn't aware that fenugreek aided in digestion but that is helpful. I'm going to get saw palmetto today. I used to take it (I took it for a month) and I noticed growth. I think even my bf noticed which was nice. Idk why I stopped taking, I probably could've grown more but who knows. Do you take saw palmetto? Your avatar looks great btw!

Surferjoe, I think I am going to use olive oil instead for massage. I thought the progesterone cream would work wonders but I didn't consider that it could throw off my hormones. I have a feeling the reason I got so sick w/ fenugreek before is because I didn't eat enough during the day for the amount I was taking. The extract is definitely something to consider! I didn't know that fenugreek could increase androgen. I'm glad you told me that. I read somewhere that garlic is an anti-androgen, so that is why I bought that. In any case I am still going to get saw palmetto. Thank you for your feedback, it is extremely helpful!

I had tried fenugreek once, for a while, with no success. I had used it in liquid form. I also discontinued since fenugreek can drop blood sugar levels, and i am borderline hypoglycemic(low blood sugar) .diabetes runs rampid in my family.

Just curious, how long did you take fenugreek for? Did you cycle it at all or did you take it every day? I'm starting to wonder if I should be only taking it during certain days in the month.
