Olive oil massage?

#1

Is just olive oil ok for massage? I have seen recipes on here for different concoctions but unfortunately I am on a bit of a budget at the moment. Also, if I use olive oil to massage my butt will that help me with growth in that department as well? Thanks in advance for any info!

Awesome, that's great! If I were to do push ups and other various exercises can that help with growth as well? I'm gonna start doing push ups, sit ups, and squats (to make my butt bigger too)

As far as the excercises go,, they will increase the muscles underneath, providing lift, but not really much in the way of expansion.

I am trying nutmeg oil in my regiment. Volufiline uses the active ingredient in nutmeg to increase adipose fat...so in theory, since the buttocks and breasts are mostly fat, this may ( or may not) be the best oil for massage. I feel it has worked out good for me so far, just have to be careful to use too much at one time. I think i had made a thread about nutmeg oil.

Could I use nutmeg from the spice cabinet and mix it with olive oil?

You would need to soak that in pure alcohol ( vodka) for a few weeks to extract the chemicals and then add that to oil. If you add to oil straight from spicerack .....think of grains of sandpaper in your massage oil....

I suppose you could steep or boil it in hot water, but it may not be as strong.

I just ordered mine from Amazon. 4 oz bottle. Cheap enough, less hastle.

I know it will be grainy hah that might be uncomfortable. But in the meantime would it still work? Or not as well?

Probably not as well as the purchased infused nutmeg oil.
