New Program for DDs - Chiyomilk Alternatives

So for the past two days, each day I've taken
2g of Glycine
2g glutamine
3g l-arginine
500mg lysine
500mg of ornithine
- just trying to slowly build up my doses which is good when you introduce new things into your program.
I have started a few weeks before my cycle day 1 so I can start taking them in full force when that day comes around.
Also, I was anxious to take the glutamine since it's supposed to heal stomach ulcers faster! If you have been reading my other posts, you know that I have been suffering from a pretty irritated stomach lining (bloating, belching, feeling of fullness, etc.), which was caused by too much binge drinking. A few weeks ago, I drank about 5 drinks and one small cup of coffee (caffeine) throughout the night (at a long wedding) and found that all of my symptoms came back the next day Sad I thought I was healed (after most than three months of not drinking any alcohol!) but I was wrong so I'm really hoping this glutamine works so I can finally drink again!

I'll probably slowly up my dose to a little over 5g in the next couple of days.

Booby Tingles
I have been noticing some activity going on in my boobies since yesterday morning. This morning I felt more of a tingling feeling. It could either be from adding more vitex extract, massaging more, or from the amino cocktail! My nipples have been pretty sensitive too - I've been making more of a point to massage them when I do my massages to stimulate prolactin.

Oops forgot to mention also I think I'm going to stop taking collagen once I run out. After doing some more reading, it seems like collagen doesn't contribute that much to growth - maybe for people that pump but not much for massage/herbs.
It does make my skin look really nice though, but that's just too many pills to take in a day lol.
I'm keeping the MSM for my TMJ. That's all I really take it for.

Just a small update for you ladies

The 1000mg of PM was too much for me. I'm definitely showing some signs of estro dom. But that's what Nbe is all about - experimenting. So next month I'll actually do a full cleanse and then start again the following month with 250mg of PM - that seems to be the sweet spot for me.
I still have the rest of my cycle to continue with now though. The first half I didn't feel any tingles or anything most likely because of a hormone imbalance.
But also I had a really weird period this time. I'm not sure if it's from the copper iud which can cause longer periods but I had a reallyyy long period and it started out light with no cramps and then ended with a heavy flow and horrible cramps on the last day. I think this cycle was just weird for me. Wish I had done the cleanse now instead!
I hope I get some growth this month so it's not a complete waste. I'll keep you all posted Smile.

Even though I took too much PM in the first half of my cycle, my breasts have still grown a little!
I tried on a bra (30D) that i haven't put on in a few months and it was so tight! Big Grin quadraboob!
Also, I lost about 7 pounds in the last few months from just not eating enough and working out more - which is a lot on my small frame. I weigh 108 now and I'm 5'4".

So I'm doing something right Tongue

This makes me want to buy some new bras lol (30 and 28 bands)!

Wow you're at a good weight! lol pretty skinny, I'm 5'2 and I weigh like 117. But good that your boobs have grown even though you lost weight!

Keep us updated and maybe one day post a pic with your bra? I wanna see the progress !

But I mostly had a pretty similar program to what I am taking now. When I first started taking PM, I was taking it every day without cycling which works for some people but didn't work for me. Then I learned to cycle but was taking it with other phytoestrogens which is a no-no lol thenn I finally learned the right way to take it and I started having more regular/gradual growth rather than growth spurts.

I think right now my current program is my best program! Although, I am always changing it and after I take a one month break I am going to change it up a little bit. But I'll post that soon Smile

UPDATED PROGRAM

Hi all Tongue

I'm finally updating my program and starting to take herbs again after my break.

I had a really odd cycle before this last one. I'm not sure if it was from taking too much PM and then stopping abruptly or from my copper iud. But what happened was I started my new cycle and then two weeks into it, my period started! I thought it was spotting because it was light but it lasted 10 days. Then I decided to take a 1 month break from herbs (It's been about 3 weeks-not quite 4 weeks). About 25 days after my "spotting" I started my period so I figured the spotting was actually a period. So I had a two week cycle followed by a 3 week cycle Dodgy very odd.
But now I think my body is back on track. I did a milk thistle cleanse during my 3 week break. I'm still abstaining from herbs during my period week but my period should end tomorrow.

Program:

Day 1-7 Period - just 1500mg msm (for TMJ), 1300mg fish oil, 10g glutamine (for stomach - I doubled the dose and take 5g before bed and 5g when I wake up)
Day 8-14 250mg PM, 1500mg MSM, 1300mg fish oil, 600mg white peony root (do not take on day 12, 13, 14), 320mg saw palmetto extract (do not take on day 12, 13, 14), amino cocktail
Day 15-26 125mg PM, 1500mg MSM, 1300mg fish oil, 600mg white peony root (do not take on day 15), 320mg saw palmetto extract (do not take on day 15), 450mg vitex extract, amino cocktail
Day 27-28 Detox days - milk thistle, 1500mg msm, 1300mg fish oil

Adult gummy vitamins every day and I'm adding vitamin e oil to each day as well because I found a bottle laying around.

Massage for 20min each day and increase by 5min each week. I have been using avocado oil and I like that a lot.

Booby Update
My breasts feel a little fuller from this last cycle even with the e dom although they aren't much bigger. But at least they didn't get smaller! Also, I still weigh less than what I normally weigh.

I had a little bit of soreness yesterday (second day of taking PM) but not much. I also only had time to massage for 10 minutes. I need to start getting better at massaging longer. Oh also I am only massaging my left breast this cycle because it's still slightly smaller than my right breast. Usually I will massage my left breast for twice as long as the right one but I'm just not even going to touch the right one this cycle.

My period was longer again - definitely from the IUD. When I was on BCP, my periods were always 5-6 days long. I still have a little bit of blood today and it's day 10 now.

I think I might start taking PM on day 5 next cycle instead to stop the bleeding sooner.

Program Changes
Also, I think I will take 2 320mg capsules of SP instead of 1. I think that's what I was taking before but can't remember exactly. My skin has been oily.

And I decided to add some collagen to my program! I mostly am taking it for the skin benefits. My skin looks SO good when I take collagen. I get compliments all the time when I'm taking at least 6g a day. Also, I was reading about the amino acids in collagen which is why they are probably helpful for nbe (a little while ago i denounced their efficacy in nbe unless they are being taken for pumping but I guess they are actually helpful for HGH).
I ordered this brand from amazon because it is from pasture-raised cows. I wanted grass-fed but it was a little too pricey for me. So I thought I would try this. I'm going to give some to my bf too for his skin and he has been having similar stomach issues from alcohol. So hopefully it'll help both of our stomachs too Big Grin
