I started taking SP because i have high testosterone and androgen.. i have been taking it for almost two weeks now and noticed slight improvements (skin is less oily, breasts feel sore and look teeny bit bigger). What other herbs should I take in conjunction with SP? Would licorice root or white peony be good?
Thanks for your time!!

OR what about Fenugreek?
Does fenugreek have the ability to block testosterone/androgen?

Red clover is supposed to block T and help E, so you might look into that. I think licorice root does the same but it is stronger as far as I know. A basic program I've seen for blocking testosterone and raising estrogen is Red Clover, Fenugreek, Wild Yam, and Saw palmetto. I've only ever seen licorice root taken on its own because of the potency, unless maybe you take a very small dosage compared to the others.

Although I suppose saw palmetto and licorice root together without the others might do the trick too. Just start off with a small amount and you can adjust it based on the effects you feel.

Thanks for your reply Alliecat!
I read today that licorice can be toxic if taken long term. Crap!! I just ordered a bottle of licorice capsules from amazon. I'll just take it in small amounts and see how my body reacts to it. If all else fails i'll look into red clover or fenugreek.
I took Ainterol PM powder a few months ago, while it lowered my T and DHEAS, i had to stop because it gave me major mood swings. I was considering giving it another try but I don't want to be an emotional mess again. That's no fun

Yeah I hear you on the PM. I took it for a while and I was an emotional disaster, went from being perfectly fine one minute to crying over burnt toast the next (literally, I burned toast once and cried hard over it.) Plus I got the flu while I was on it, and I never usually get sick. Before that time it had been years since I had the flu, so I'm pretty sure it messed me up so bad that it lowered my immune system. Even at low doses it turned out to be way too strong for me.
You could always try to rotate the licorice with something else to reduce the risk of toxicity.
