PM dangerous ?

#1

i've read a lot of posts about PM and i still have mixed feelings,i don't totally trust phytoestrogens because it's confusing whether or not this is dangerous for health .The inocuity of this method had not been proven and i wanna know if some of you had gained belly fat from PM or had any disease linked to PM consumption .

Too much PM by itself can cause a hormone imbalance which can cause some issues such as an irregular menstrual cycle, weight gain, poor results on NBE, etc. As long as the estrogen is balanced out with progesterone it should be fine. It is also often better to not use too much PM, to make it easier to stay in balance. Jumping straight to 1,000 mg PM often isn't a good idea, and often 100 to 500 mg is better. When in balance PM and progesterone lead to the more positive effects such as NBE, better skin, fuller lips, etc.

You can always test your hormones and see if you actually need a boost of estrogen, be the safest approach. What's $150 to not render yourself e Dom by guessing you know.. I only say this cause of all all the herbs it seems PM or more "lack thereof authentic" PM is rife in the marketplace and has the most potential to muck up your estrogen. It would seem females always take a lower dosage too. Note: even if you brought pM at the therapeutic hormonal dosage when I queried the manufacturers of the sellers of supposed authentic PM grown up in the right regions of Thailand they still were reluctant to sell me the product when I said my estrogen levels might be high.
Hope this helps (ps coming from someone who extensively researched pm for those very same fears, who also contacted a few pm suppliers - the medicinal/therapeutic suppliers of pm not the pro marketing breast enhancement pm sellers)
But yeh offsetting with pm? I don't know know but could only hope that would help.bi do it myself but with no professional advice behind it :s
I do often wonder of ALL the natural health specialists in all areas of health that WHY isn't there a breast enlargement natural health advisor out there...

I have been using PM extract for about 14 months. It's done really good for me.

But, like all things, too much, is just that..... Too Much. It can damage liver, mess up hormone balance's, (especially for our sister's here.) So, get a complete hormone panel, then go slow and listen to your body...

Good luck with your decision.
