As a genetic male I have never been able to do this, ever. A few minutes
ago I lifted my breast up and was able to lick my nipple. Unprecedented! Screw pictures or measurements, heh. Proof of growth. That's all I need. Happy New Year!!!

PM 500 mgs 2 times a day. Coconut oil massage for 20 minutes daily, and 12 oz. of soy milk once a day. That's it.
Oh, and 2000 mgs of MSM once a day.
