Ok, this was a holiday week I skiped nearly everything hahaha !
Going to bed very late, past midnight, late rising, late breakfasts, no exercise. No NBE techniques at all this week.
So, I will go for it again.
I just have to stay on track.
SELF BEAUTY ROUTINE
The main things I want to improve in my appearance are :
