Uneven breasts with a large difference and NBE

#1

I'm in my early 30s. I have uneven breasts and I remember them being like this since I was 12 years old. I read that it is common for breasts to be uneven but for me the difference is big.

My mother took me to the doctor when I was 12 and the doctor said that they would even out but they never did. When I was 16 or 17 I wanted to go to the doctor about the problem but I was too embarrassed so I never did.

My left breast is a C cup and my right breast at a guess is an AA cup if that. I checked up online on breast development and I would say the right side budded and that would have been that. No further development on that side.

I grew my hair long to hide the problem somewhat.

I was never happy with my breasts. Surgery was out of the question due to the costs involved.

Around 4 or 5 years ago I took to the internet to see what if anything I could do for this and I read up about things.

I found out about a pump called noogleberry and I ordered one of them. When it first came there was a novelty factor involved and I did my best to use it during the first few weeks. Sometimes finding the time was hard though. After a long hard day in work I would be tired. A few months later, my sister moved back home and we shared a room together. So gone was my privacy and noogleberry pumping.

I bought a pump for nursing because it was so much more smaller and more managable to get that pumping into my schedule and privacy as well.

I even bought some nursing bras in hole that it would make things easier with pumping and try in some massage.

All in all over the past three years, I found it very hard to keep up with any sort of pumping and maybe only get a chance about 2/3 times a year.
Work was a factor, many times working long hours. Privacy was another factor but that has been fixed now because my sister moved out.

Sometimes I would give a quick massage in the shower and that would be that.

It's been very inconsistent to date.

Last night I looked at my breasts in the mirror. The right is more perky. There's even a shape and an outline of a breast there.

For 2016 I would like to embark on a NBE journey to see where it gets me.

I have decided that massage is the way to go for me with maybe pumping with noogleberry once or twice a week depending on my schedule.

Taking herbs, pills and supplements orally will not be an option because I would like to focus on the smaller breast. If I was to perhaps find a herbal cream of some sort I will consider adding that in.

I would like to hear from others who have uneven breasts. What, if anything worked for you at correcting unevenness?

Would results from NBE be permanent?

I have tomorrow free from work and I would like to go into the city. I'm lucky where I am from. There is a nice big health food shop with a range of stuff from specialty food stuff to vitamins and minerals and herbs and other stuff like organic kind of cosmetics and products.

I would like to pick up something like a cream or lotion tomorrow for massaging and/or pumping? What would people here recommend? I would like to stay away from hormonal creams and anything that might mess with my hormones.

I read a few threads here on NBE forums but there is so much. I suppose what works for one might not work for another and it will be trail and error. Even with this, where do I start. Like there are many creams and lotions and oils. What will be good for breasts and hopefully something that will promote an increase?

Look at isosensuals volufiline cream, you buy direct off their website. No hormones or nasty chemicals. Or Google aloe Vera breast massage. Maybe Thai breast slapping for the smaller one too.

Coconut never did anything for me BUT I have shocking bad circulation . I do wana try flaxseed , I do sometimes then panick it might influence estrogen but they naturopaths etc always recommend flaxseed so maybe it influences in a good way?.. Maybe it metabolises the estrogen to good, might look into that

Thank you so much for the replies. I think I will try flaxseed oil for now and see how it works over the next few months.

For a long time I lived with this issue of uneven breasts and I was never happy with it. My right side was so, so small compared to my left. There was hardly anything there on the right side. I found it hard to look in the mirror after a shower. I found what looked back at me was just revolting. I always wore a bra, never even taking it off at night time.

I spent the past week massaging every night with a regular body lotion with oatmeal in it that I had. It was the only lotion I had. Some mornings I also massaged depending on my schedule and start time at work. I bought a bottle of flaxseed oil yesterday and started using that with the massage.

This morning, I locked myself into the bathroom and took off my top and bra. Even before I started massaging, there was a beautiful fullness in my right breast and it was cute. I was never able to say that before.

I'm a week into this now. I know it's early days but I am so, so happy. That fullness, it wasn't ever there before. I'm going to do my best to continue on this journey and not give up like before.

I read that it's common for many women to have different sized breasts but unfortunately for me the difference is severe. I think wanting a C cup for my right side, like the left, would be too optimistic and I think I would be happy with a full A or B cup on my right side. It would be more than whatever is there before and now.

I have volufiline cream noted down as well. I might look into that down the line but for now I will be using flaxseed oil.

I also hope to look at my diet. There are areas I can improve on with my diet. I will add in a multivitamin because I don't get enough fruit and veg and with a busy schedule it's hard to plan meals and I go about skipping meals and not eating properly at all. I get a good breakfast every morning and that's about that. Sometimes I can forget to eat for the remainder of the day. I don't have heavy dinners. Maybe once in a while if I eat out.
I'll do some research or read up here about foods that will contribute to good breasts and add in foods into my diet.

I just wanted to post to say I'm loving massage very much. I'm focusing only on my right breast, the smaller side for now. There is a beautiful fullness coming about. I'm still very uneven but I am so happy with this fullness.
