Yes I think 2 days a week is about perfect, but see if you can up the time to 4-5 hrs. As always, drink lots of water, keep your boobs warm while noogling and massaging (warm blanket or hair dryer). Massage every day 2 or 3 15 minute sessions spread over the day. Good luck

Thanks James, To be honest I'm pretty lazy with massage. Its something I really need to motivate myself to do lol :-)
So I have just purchased the large kangzhu cups. I bought them from Aliexpress so I should get them after Christmas :-). I haven't noticed much growth from the Siriporn PM that I am using so I am thinking of changing to Purafem or PM UK as I have heard good things about it. I have another 4 months of Siriporn so I am going to take it for another 2 months and if I'm still not feeling that its working well then I'll buy Purafem. Has anyone else had luck with Siriporn? I've been pumping much more as I had the ingenious idea of taking my kangzhu cups to my bf's house so I can pump for a couple of hours there. Since I stay at his house half the week I've really been missing out on pumping when I have been there. I honestly don't know why I didn't to do this before but anyway! I've measured myself recently and I seem to be sitting back at 33 inches again but I'm going to take a pic on the 16th of this month to compare this month with last month as thats the better indicator for me :-). Hope everyone else is going well!

So I just wanted to do an update as I have decided to be more consistent and so I am taking a picture at the same time every month to compare. As far as I can see I haven't grown this month. I am pumping a lot more. Usually doing 2 hours at least per day with the exception of one day off per week. I am taking 200 mg of siriporn PM per day. I am going to keep going with this method for a few more months and see how I go. I am going away at the end of this week for christmas time so I will be unable to pump for a couple of weeks so progress pics next months will probably not show much of a change.
So I have tried siriporn for the past few months and I haven't noticed much of a result. I have decided I am going to purchase ainterol as I have been researching it and a lot of people on here have had great results. I tried it in the past and I was suffering from a bad back which I contributed to ainterol. I want to try it again and see if I can benefit from it this time around!

I will thanks :-). The good thing is that I already had a bottle of ainterol leftover from last year so I haven't spent any extra money and if it doesn't work with my body I can just stop. Thank you my darling just a bit bigger and I'll be over the moon with these boobs hehe. Are you taking any herbs now?
