Yeap it is recommended this way but don't do both together. Is either the flush or the cleanse so that your liver will be healthy and functioning properly with the chosen NBE.

I was gonna get a bottle of milk thistle pills to do some cleansing of my own, and I saw on the label it said that it is not recommended you take milk thistle if you are allergic to ragweed. And I'm unfortunately quite allergic to ragweed (among other things). Just wanted to pass that info along to everyone, in case anyone other than me wasn't aware!
