hi James. I actually had a break of about 3 weeks over Christmas and stopped pills and pumping but thank you for the suggestion and I'll keep it in mind for the future :-).

Hi I just wanted to update. I have been trying ainterol for a few few weeks now but my moods have been very strange on it. Crying for no reason and just feeling depressed which is very unlike me. I am going to stop taking it for now and just keep pumping and see how I am feeling. It's really not worth feeling this way and I feel sorry for my partner as he has to see me every day like this. I'm hoping if I pump religiously I can see good results.

I felt the exact same way when I was taking PM, the mood swings, depression, and crying for no reason. That's one of the reasons I stopped taking it. I couldn't stand feeling down all the time and it messed my cycle up. I think pumping and massaging is the way to go! I do believe that you will get good results from noogling as long as you are consistent. Good luck girl

Oh that sounds awful hun. Yes I had a late period too and I was freaking out that I was possibly pregnant. It's so not worth the stress and upset. Thank you
. I usually do 3 hours a day so should see some results soon I hope. Are you pumping only at the mo? Good luck hun!

I didn't think the Ainterol would go down too well, it seems women don't tolerate it yeh?
Maybe a more subtle pm if it's been working for you like solgar phytogen?
Or take a break if you haven't already and resume on a weaker one later. Anyway your boobs are perfect as they are

Yep I think it's just too much for me Ella. I had a break over Christmas but I do have siriporn left if I decide I want to try again with PM at a much lower dose. I have a weird relationship with it haha! I forget about the side effects and the bad moods etc so I go back on it then realise swiftly I can't handle it. Thank you hun that means a lot to me :-). I was discussing the ainterol last night with my partner and he said the same thing. He just doesn't understand why I would want to take pills that could affect my health when in his opinion I'm perfect as I am and he has a point. I think we sometimes get a bit obsessed with growing more and don't think about the risks but discussing everything with him has really put it into perspective. I'm just going to use my breast pump and massage if I grow great, if I don't then I've still come so far from where I started :-).
That's a good decision and that's a Good man you have there! I agree. Even now trying to heal my gut I'm still throwing herbs related to nbe into the mix when I have an obvious hormone imbalance right now too. I look at my beautiful daughter and gorgeous husband and say to myself "they love me as I am now why can't I!"
Thanks hun. Yes he is fantastic :-). Your so right! If only we could see ourselves through their eyes and stop being so harsh on ourselves. Well I can safely say you have a fantastic figure after having a baby! Wowee :-).

I feel your pain. I can pretty much only get away with a micro dose of PM before it starts doing strange things to my body. I was just telling ella, that my body and I had an argument after I tried to up my dose of PM to the actual amount that is recommended. So, I take about 1/32 of a teaspoon per day and I am fine at that dose.
