here's a DIET TO INCREASE BREAST SIZE

Ok, there is a famous doctor in mexico, that believes that u can actually modify specific parts of the body eating certain foods.. like lose weight from arms, or hips, or belly, etc.. so this doctor has a diet that helps you Reduce breast size and increase it, so he says. And many people had tried his diets, he's been in a lot of hispanic tv shows, well anyway, i downloaded the one to "INCREASE BREAST SIZE" IN My case, i think this diet will maybe make gain some weight,and i really dont want that now! but i think some people here are trying to gain some weight also, and maybe gain some in the parts that we want it more! Here is the diet:

AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP:
3 OZ BOTTLED GRAPE JUICE
1/2 TS OLIVE OIL
1/2 TS WHITE WINE VINEGAR
(mix all this and drink it) it doesn't taste bad at all

BREAKFAST:
1 CUP OF CEREAL
7 0Z WHOLE MILK

MID MORNING:
1 SLICEOF PAY OR ANY CAKE

LUNCH:
2 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
2 OZ OF 4% COTTAGE CHEESE
1 TBS MAYONNAISE
7 OZ FRUIT JUICE

MID AFTERNOON:
1 SLICE OF PAY OR ANY CAKE

SNACK:
1 SMALL FRUIT

DINNER:
VEGGIE SOUP OR BEEF OR CHICKEN SOUP
1 CUP OF VEGGIES
1 MEDIUM SIZE FRUIT
1 SLICE OF AVOCADO

BEFORE BED:
3 OZ BOTTLED GRAPE JUICE
1/2 TS OLIVE OIL
1/2 TS WHITE WINE VINEGAR

DRINK: LEMONADE-REGULAR WATER- OR TEA
THIS DIET HAS TO BE FOR 12-15 DAYS
EAT EVERYMEAL EVEN IF NOT HUNGRY!
DONT SKIP MEALS.

This is very interesting, but looks very simular to diets like the scarsdale diet or Russian air force diet but with vinegar , R you thinking of having a go?
Id be really interested to know how you get on.
Im just no good at sticking to diets/eating plans

Hey, did the Russian air force guys end up with big boobs after it? Hmm, maybe the vinegar is the secret ingredient.

i think the vinegar w the olive oil and grape juice , what it does is accelerates ur metabolism, so whatever you are trying to achieve , u can do it faster.

That is the wierdest diet i have ever seen. Don't know how any of it would be good for NBE. Sounds like such a random selection of foods. Maybe it is the olive oil and vinegar that does the trick... hmmm??? Let us know if anyone has success with this!

Without knowing the theory behind such a diet it's difficult to make sense of it.
