essential oils

Hi!

Has anyone found essential oils in a carrier oil helpful in their NBE? I have used ylang ylang and geranium but remain unconvinced as to its merits!

Anyone tried anything else and felt it helped?

Thank you!

I apply sweet almond oil with a drop or two of lavender oil in it before using my NB. Lavender oil supposedly has some boobie growing properties. I don't know if that's actually true but at least it smells nice. Can't hurt to try!

I bought clary sage and geranium awhile back because I was also curious to try essential oils for BE. Although I really want to try them when I'm not using any other type of enhancement at the same time. If I ever do, I'll let you guys know.

I've tried canola oil, safflower oil and lemon oil, and I've got to say that all 3 of them have been excellent.

Soya Oil for massage
August 31 2007 at 9:24 PM Lost Sheep (Login Goatwoman)

Hello all. I was looking for Soya on Ebay and found this oil. Soya-Bean-Premium-Carrier-Oil-16-Oz.

I thought maybe it would make a great oil for massage. What else could be added to it for massage?

I use soy oil infused with herbs such as fenugreek and red clover for massage. I just put about half a cup of soy oil in a glass measuring cup and open about 2 capsules of each herb and dump the powders into the oil, cover and let sit for a good 3 days and then it's ready to use. I make sure I stir it once or twice a day while it's sitting and when it's ready I leave the herbs at the bottom of the cup and just pour the oil into a plastic bottle and leave it in my bathroom for use before I go to bed. The herbs to eventually make the oil smell strong, like the maple syrup smell from fenugreek, but it doesn't bother me.

Soy Oil
September 2 2007, 11:46 PM

Thanks for answering! I was doing some more research and found most woman just use olive oil. I have that on hand plus I have coconut oil as well. How long have you been at this and do you have results? Are the oils used mostly just as carriers for the herbs. If so, I suppose it won't matter which oil correct?

No, I'd say it can be more than just a carrier (the oil). the "soy" oil in particular does have some effects as well. I've been at this for 6 months now and started with herbs and then went to massage only and now I'm doing BO. I've gained a total of about 3 to 3 1/2 inches. I still want more though! :-)

Emu Oil
March 6 2006 at 3:06 PM Jackie (no login)

I am thinking of adding Fenugreek to emu oil for my massage. Would that be good? If so, which would be better to use the liquid extract or the capsules?

Thanks!!

Hi Jackie
March 6 2006, 3:18 PM

The Emu is a great choice and Id say go with the liqued form if u can find it and if not u could use Fennel instead. The powdered caps can be used however u have to deal with more mixing and the gritty residue.

Jackie

Thanks Stephanie, one more question
March 6 2006, 4:29 PM

Would fennel be just as good to use as fenugreek? I noticed some people say they don't care for the smell of fenugreek.

I appreciate all your input Smile

Fennel is considered secondary in phytoestrogens to Fenugreek but I dont think theres a signifigant difference in strength and FYI someone just mentioned that u can get both these products from Greenbush online.

Emu Oil

I used some emu oil I got from ebay last night and it made me feel sick. It smells like chicken fat (like when you cook a roast dinner) and I used too much. I could smell it all night. I'm not sure if I can hack it for very long. It probabaly isn't even emu oil seeing as I got it from Ebay, but then perhaps it is as an emu is a bird :-)

Topical Creams
October 10 2005 at 6:16 PM Jen (no login)

Hi,

I was reading on a website just now and they say that you should always use a topical breast enhancement cream or serum...what does everyone think? I'm doing the fenugreek/lotion massages and applying the heat every night before bed.....should i be doing as they suggested also or do you think this suffices??

Re: Topical Creams and Oils
October 10 2005, 11:33 PM

i believe its the massaging that is most responsible for helping with breast enlargement the the topical creams. some creams are of a poor quailtiy and we dont know exacty how much of the ingredients actually gets into the breast tissue. so with some topical products you could just be wasiting your money if your skin is not aborbing the product. a good cream ( lotion with or without herbs) helps to glide your hands accross your breast smoothy to reduce irritation. that really is all you may need to focus on. Just remember that these sites that say to buy the lotion are just trying to get their products sold any way they can. but the reality is that its the massage itself that does the most good.

I ran out of the cream I was using and not having it definitely made a difference. After a few days you could tell things were not going so well, it was obvious. Based on my experience I would say definitely use a cream. Going without it for even a short time meant less results for me and made me realise what a difference it had been making.

GMTV had a good feature on breast enhancement creams. They tried about 4 or 5 products and gave them all a big thumbs up. (Wonderup cream was regarded as the best buy because it was cheaper than all the rest).

Re: Topical Creams
October 11 2005, 3:29 PM

if you ask anyone who has had success with NBE and did massages you will notice that not everyone uses the same massaging cream/serum/ extracts. the only common thing is that they all did massages. there are even women that have has success of a cup or more and all they did was do massages with olive oil. weither herbal creams acctually have any reall breast growing power really unclear. i dont see too many people offering before and after pictures and there are amost no studies that demonstrate any credible evidence that the creams work (with out any massaging). You can try buying extracts like fenugreek, fennel and mix it into your favorite oil or cream which would save you a few bucks. but in the mean time just do the massages and see what you get.

Thanks for all the comments ladies.

SugarQ,

I tend to agree. I don't see any before/after pics either and like you say, who knows where to start picking a product??!!
I noticed you say massages with olive oil...where woudl get this? Or do you mean the kind we cook with? (?)

Have you personally had any sucess with NBE??

Re: Website
October 11 2005, 6:30 PM

i read posts here and on some Transfemale forum, were members used just plain oils to do breast massages. they use extra virgin olive oil, Emu oil (my favorite), they may add some peppermint oil or cayenne extract to spice things up a lil. these people had great success. if you know Lucille from the NBE book flat to Fab talks about using a a homemade booby batter. her book has a recipy and you can also find the recipie she actually used in her personal routine. The only herbs i suppect might be worth wild would be Pueraria Mirifica and Fenugreek. you can get fenugreek extract in any health food store but pm is harder to get and there are only premade NBE products that you can purchase.

Many women speak positively about oils, such as canola oil and jojoba oil. On the other hand there are many women who have grown without using any cream or lotion and without doing any massage either, so these things are clearly not required for everyone.

Olive oil
October 12 2005, 11:16 AM

I think she means the kind of olive oil you cook with, but unsaponifiable fraction of olive oil is what you really need. I'm not sure where you would get this from, so maybe stick to the cooking kind as an easy if not ideal option.

Baby oil
December 5 2006 at 9:08 PM Woober (Login woober)
Has anyone in here tried using baby oil to massage? I've noticed that when i started taking BGP ( i was massaging with baby oil) that in a week my breast had gotten more round and full (did not grow a cup size or anything close to it just a little fullness) anyways about a month later I started using Palmers cocoa butter and noticed a sudden stop in my growth until maybe a week ago when i started using baby oil.... any suggestions?
Also, I was reading online about BGP begins to show actually growth (changes in cup sizes) near the end of the second month to the third month; I am almost finished with my 2nd month os BGP and was shocked to notice that my breasts had actually grown a little within that last couple of weeks! I am soooo excited! my breasts definetly feel heavier too!!! well anyways please respond if you think that baby oil might be helping me or if any one has had time to research this... Thanks

Best wishes!!!

Sounds good...
December 5 2006, 9:13 PM

If baby oil is what you think works so you then I would keep using it. Cocoa Butter, if not in the pure form can hinder your growth by clogging your receptors up with unnatural oils. Not that this happens all of the time but it may be your case. I don't see what would be wrong with using baby oil, I'm sure since it is made for babies then it's not harmful. But if you want something more natural try olive oil. *I'm a big olive oil supporter if you all can't tell*

Yup, it's just cooking oil and you can buy it at the grocery store, I just use the cheap kind to massage with, there is extra virgin or just regular or light, any one would work. The light extra virgin doesn't have a strong smell like the regular does.

almond oil as lotion base?
August 28 2007 at 11:41 PM dunny (Login lil_dunny)
hello all, i don't post much but i still lurk here periodically. i'm considering switching from cocoa butter as lotion base to almond oil, reason being cocoa butter has to be melted to be usable.. and the only way i have been able to melt it is in its plastic container which i put into boiling water for a while... and this process, i believe, releases plastic particles into the butter, not something i want! (microwaving it is even worse). so, almond oil seems like a good option since there's no need to melt it. anybody had good success using it? did you use sweet almond oil or bitter almond oil? what's the difference? many thanks for your answers.
best of luck to everybody's program!

I used sweet almond oil, coconut oil, and cocoa butter all mixed together. Had to melt the cocoa butter into the mix, but only to mix the ingredients. If you adjust the amounts of each ingredient, you can make the consistency of the resulting lotion any way you like it. It smells really really nice, too.

Sweet almond oil is absolutely the best massage base carrier to me (because it smells great!). If there's any topical treatment I need to do, I take drops of the appropriate essential oil, the add drops of it to a small vile (empty ones available at the health food store, online, or stores like Whole Foods). I used to use aloe vera or emu oil. Prefer the almond much more.

I think it can be any oil that is taken internally. Borage oil, EPO and flax seed oil contain the best ratio of omega-3,6,9 fatty acids, and they may also contain some hormonally active stuff, but olive oil is said to have particullary good effect on the skin. So if you are already taking some oils orally, I'd sugegst olive oil.

Almond oil for massaging?
August 12 2008 at 5:42 PM Tetitas (Login tetitas)
Hi there,
I have just start my routine (I started a few days ago) and I have a lot of questions. One of them is regarding to massaging: I don´t know what to use for start doing it. At the beginning I thought not to massage my boobs, but then I changed my mind since most of you do it everyday and with good results. So, do you think that almold oil is good for massaging my breast? or... Do you recommend me something else?
Thanks a lot and thank you for your help!

It's probably fine. I doubt the oil makes much of a difference as long as it's safe for the skin. Vitamin E oil is good. Half the time I just use conditioner in the shower.

If your looking to get herbals externally then it would be better to use olive oil or grape seed oil and add fennel/fenugreek extracts (or other types of herbals) and then use some heat afterwards. But if you just want to massage then any type of oil is fine.

Yeah, if the point is just to get the massage in, it really doesn't matter if it's almond or another kind of oil. And it doesn't matter if you use almond oil alone or use something else, too.

Massage
February 22 2007 at 12:51 AM Sarah (Login Sarah_8500)

Hello,

I've been using cocoa butter with powder from hops and fenugreek capsules for massage. I'm not using cocoa butter because I believe it will increase my breast size, I'm just using it for a base. I wanted to use borage/starflower oil but I have not been able to find it anywhere. I think I read somewhere that cocoa butter clogs pores or something so its probably not good to use it as a base. Does anyone know of anything else I could use?

Thanks

No, she means that she is only using it as a cream base, not because she believes it will increase her bust size.

I need some good massage oil too that doesn't make me break out in spots as fatty things on my skin usually do.

I think she meant her intent with the cocoa butter is not to believe it in and of itself causes enlargement, but her intent is to use it as a foundation to put the other stuff in.

Kukui Nut Oil
January 12 2009 at 4:55 AM Sailorvenus44 (Login sailorvenus44)
Anyone else use it? I am from Hawaii and it is widely sold here (however can still be extremely expensive depending on the brand you buy)but I don't know how common it is found in the rest of the United States. It is a natural source of tons of vitamin E, it soothes sunburns, and it has been used for years as a massage oil because it is really that amazing on skin.

I live in Hawaii, and am now going to use it in the massage portion of my NBE program, but I was just wondering if any of you who aren't from Hawaii have even heard of it or its benefits? Maybe some of you should try looking around for it. I seriously don't know anything about its availability in the continental U.S. or elsewhere. But yeah, I get this feeling it would be perfect for NBE massage. Smile

It penetrates EXTREMELY quicky. Smile It also contains Vitamins A, C, E, antioxidants, and is packed with fatty acids for boob growth. Great for all skin types, including sensitive skin, and locks in tons of moisture. Big Grin This is common knowledge (It is at least common knowledge in Hawaii that Kukui Nut oil is essential for massage anyway). These are all things I have known for a long time but I never considered incorporating it into NBE because I've always heard "almond oil works really well," "etc..." and then yesterday I was actually looking for almond oil/Vitamin E oil at the local drug store when the thought hit me as I saw the kukui oil and I was like, "OMG! WAIT!!! who cares about that other stuff? I NEED to use this?"

I'm surprised I got my 4 oz bottle for only 8.00... It was NOT on sale! However at the brand's website they state it's $15.00... Guess I really found a baragain somehow!!! The brand is called Oils of Aloha.

I just used it last night and it felt AMAZING. But I will still be alternating with the Frederick's of Hollywood cream until I run out of that, so that my body will be able to adjust to the difference in qualities gradually.
