The Flat to Fab program

What does that program have to offer? Does anyone have any good reviews on this program?

I have the program...
December 23 2006, 1:50 AM

I have had it for two months, but I only tried it for a month and quit because I felt like I needed to resolve some health issues before I continued on wasting my money. I believe this girl knows what she is talking about (Lucille-who wrote the book) because she tried almost every herbal product out their and nothing worked for her until she tried the individualized herbs (3 at a time at the most).

I plan on trying it again after I fix some health issues that prevented natural breast enhancement from working for me.

Basically she talkes about boobie biology, progesterone cream, doing a liver cleanse before getting started, and then the herbs that are best for breast enhancment, along with the chi massage, and how to ramp up your herbs slowly to get results, and if you don't get results, what other herbs to use.

Pretty much everything she covers that is important can be covered on this NBE board so I wouldn't buy it if I were you. You can get it free here!

Which herbs does she mostly recommend? Sometimes I wonder if I am taking WAYYYY to much stuff. It seems like I am popping pills all day long! I am curious about the idea of limiting the number of herbs taken, but I wouldn't know which ones to cut out!

She recommends starting off with only saw palmetto (540-600 mg. per capsule), fenugreek (600-620 mg. per capsule), and red clover blossoms ONLY (350-375 mg. per capsule). She recommends starting on the day your period starts and increase dosage of each of these herbs by one capsule per day until you notice results.

But do not go over these dosages: Saw Palmetto (4,860-5,400 mg per day), fenugreek (3,600-3,720 mg per day), and red clover blossoms (2,100-2,250 mg. per day)

She also recommends massaging with fenugreek and wild yam liquid every day, twice a day.

*Days 1,2 you should start off just taking red clover, 1 cap 3x a day

*Days 3,4 take fenugreek, 1 cap 3x day day

*Days 5 and beyond, add saw palmetto, 1 cap 3x a day

Continue taking one 1 capsule of each herb 3x a day for only 1 month and if you don't notice results then increase dosage (on month 2) by 1 capsule a day of each herb until you start getting results and then you stop increasing dosage. If you get results starting off with the low dosages, don't increase your capsules as you are already reacting to low doses and increasing anything when your already getting results will mess up your hormones.

After three months if you do not get results using this program that is when you tweak it and substitute for other herbs.

forgot to mention that you are adding the fenugreek while still taking red clover and then you add saw palmetto while still taking fenugreek and red clover. You are slowly adding each herb in.

Thanks for the info! I am really starting to wonder if I am taking too many herbs. I haven't had any real pains or tingles for a while, and I am taking a lot of stuff! I think I'll finish out this cycle and then maybe do a short cleanse and then start over with the recommendations above. Has anyone had any luck doing this? I wouldn't want to lose the growth I've gained!

Thanks and good luck growing to all!

A lot of what Lucille has to say is contentious. I've not seen or heard anything to suggest that those following her advice have a higher success rate than others. It's probably a good introduction for beginners, but for anyone who has been in this forum for some time I don't think it would be of much use.

The Flat 2 Fab program is pure crap to anyone who's been here for a while. It isn't "crap" in a way that it doesn't work, it's just crap because it will have nothing new to offer for you. We all know what Lucille knows. Take herbs (she says fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover) and massage (she says to do it with herbs).

The author of this book was a member of a NBE forum and she used the info that everyone contributed there. Everything that is in that book is in the sum of all of our heads. But this is research based mostly on experience and NBE develops, which is why I think that some points in that book are outdated. Just look at the recent discoveries we had arround here - vitex, nettle instead of SP. I've had a couple of my own discoveries that almost go aginst the old practice, not to mention all the new things that we've larnt recently. Personally I think this forum is probably a better source of information than the book (although I haven't read it).

I had a look at your program and I think that the problem is not with taking to many different herbs, but too high doses. You have to take into consideration that herbs with similar properties add up.

Thanks Moon, I think you are right. I am taking a short break from NBE herbs for a couple of days, and then I'll start a new program.

Actually, I might just take the progesterone type herbs for the next two weeks, since I am now in my luteal cycle. That would be just vitex and wild yam. I have to keep taking the vitex anyways, because it is doing wonders for my PMS.

I wonder if I should continue with saw palmetto too? I just really want to cut out the phytoestrogens for a short time and then start them again at much lower doses, ramping up until I (hopefully) feel tingles/pains.

Good luck to everyone!

Other girls on vitex have been reporting lately that it works the best if they take only minimal ammounts of herbs, didn't you hear?? Like 2 tablets of WU instead the recomended daily dose of 6. Vitex appears to be a really different herb from all others, it works best alone or in majority comapred to other herbs. Aaaah, I'm a bit jealous cause all of you with PMS have been given this new great very likely to work boob solution! :p I thoguht I'd try it, but I don't have any signs of low progesterone, oh well. Anyway, that would probably be the best for you to do, cut herbs waaaay down.

Questions for Katrina
January 2 2007, 8:39 AM

So I had been taking saw palmetto, fenugreek, fennel, and wild yam supplements everyday for about a month and a half and thought maybe I was seeing some changes, but had to quit because I went back to school (I'm a student) and kind of ran outta money. I was interested in trying the Flab to Fab program but of course couldnt afford it. Katrina, you say that the FTF says to take just Fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover right? And just increase the dosage slowly until you see results? What is the liver cleansing thing you were talking about? And how do you do that? And what's it good for? Thanks for taking any time to answer these questions!!

Re: The Flat to Fab program

Yes, you can start off with these three herbs and increase your dosage until you get results. But notice that I give a maximum amount that you can take and you should not go over that amount! You can do a liver cleanse by using Milk Thistle (an herb you can get at GNC) for about two weeks. The liver is important from manufacturing hormones and digesting the foods we eat. If these herbs don't work then I would do a combination of some of the other herbs that are mentioned on this forum. Maybe go to the programs page and choose someone who you feel might relate to you more (as far as age, kids, schedule) and choose a program you could stick with. Good luck!

Has anyone else used this and seen results from it? I have only done the massage techniques so far. I have noticed change from doing that the last several months. Also is there any other home remedies that one can do to help increase the size of breasts? Thanks:o)

I found the book very useful and refer to it often. I don't take fenugreek and she suggests other herbs if they don't agree with you like fennel which I can take. I thought it was well worth the money. It has the same information as this site but like I said it's nice to refer to it whenever I want. I did grow using her program, I really don't have a lot of time to massage like she says to, but when I do I feel a difference. I have 2 e books I bought and when you've turned the computer off or the kids are using it at least you can find the answer quickly. Both books are adamant that you should massage - I think its got to be the key to growing.

Flat2Fab breast enhancement book: is it total nonsense?
April 14 2006 at 9:54 AM Sally Anne (Login sally.anne)

I was thinking about buying this book, but someone I know said that it's all nonsense and the author didn't get any results herself! Is that true? She also apparently teaches people the right phrases to say if you are trying to promote her product. I contacted her regarding this to try and find out if it was true and she called them "endorsment programs" and she gives you catchphrases to say in your testimonial so they will sound convincing even if you haven't tried her product or if you have and didn't get any results. Is this Flat2Fab thing all a complete make believe?

Sunset and others on here have bought the book and have found it very useful, she gives a lot of information that seems to make sense and seems to be helpful for beginning NBE.
The only thing I question is how great her success was in the short period of time she claims it happened.
Within only 4 months she claims to have grown from a AA cup to a B cup, that is a two cup increase in a very short period of time.
Looking at success from other ladies, this usually really does not happen so fast and looking at the pictures, her progress seems to be steady from week to week which I find hard to believe. I don't doubt that she grew, I just think that it is hard to believe that she grew that much in such a short period of time, I would think looking at those pictures that they show progress over a period of months and not weeks, it just seems more like a miracle than a natural, healthy process what she claims happened to her.
I think Angela had similar success but I believe it took her about 9 months to gain that much in size, and judging from my progress and others that is much more realistic.
I just think that her claim and pictures give the wrong impression and looking at her site it all seems a bit over the top and very commercialised.
That is just my opinion though and I may very well be wrong about her growth. In the end, she will be the only one who knows for sure, and she is also the one trying to sell her book.
I hope you grow and please don't expect a two cup increase in four months because those expectations will just put you down because it is very unlikely to happen.
Good luck,
Lisa

the author was a member of te beboard forum and introduced her actual routine there. her routine is very simular to most women who have had success on an NBE routine. the f2f book is a copy of what women on the beboard have researched and introduced to other members and they did that for free. so most of the info in the book can be found for free on any this forum and the beboard, where it originated. there are some problems with how she describes how the herbs work and how gaba works. also on the beboard one member complained and said that some of the testimonials were fake. one came from Pammy, a member of the beboard who grew to a DD but she did that long long long before author even started her own routine or her book. plus she claimed a 90% success rate which is rediculouse. all in all the book is ok. its worth the money but dont buy too much into the claims. everyone will respond differently to herbs and we all need to find out unique balance of herbs and dosages that works well for us. you can find a routine by lookin at what has worked for womens on the beboard (routine section)or check out the eve's PP page . you will find some common elements you may want to include in your own routine.

overall, lucille had great success and was actually the first woman on the beboard forum or any NBE forum for that matter who had b/a pictures so it was a smart business move to bank on her success. she really put alot of work in the book but there are a few problems but its good.

I dont consider it non scence. I find it really helpfull for a "starter guide" to you all set up and to learn the basics. The author did get results, although I have to wonder if it was really as fast as she said to.

She did not use the routine that is provided in the book (well, she did use everything she mentioned in the book-the only difference is she added geranium and ylang ylang to her massage)

But, she never once in the book said "this is what I used"
She gives you the 3 herbs for a starter. She does say they may not work for everyone, and she gives you other suggestions of herbs you can use if the 3 she starts you off with do not work.

She started out years ago on these forums (the BEboard) just like we are here. She learned from others and came up with some of her own ideas/opinions. The only diff. in us and her is she made a book about it and now probably makes millions. SO really everything we are all doing any ways is what she talks about/teaches in her book.

For someone who has tons of questions on where/how to start, about breaks, ways to "pump up" your progress, and how breasts grow in the first place, this is a good book. I personally dont follow the "exact" routine outlined in the book, but I follow it pretty closely. I also use it for a reference guide sometimes, along with some herb books I have. I have found it all very helpfull.

I don't doubt the genuineness of her pictures at all, I think they show her progress very well, I just doubt very much that she could have achieved such substantial growth in such a short period of time and I just don't like people scamming other people.
She will be making many women out there believe that growth like that is realistic within only four months time, which it is not. She actually claims that you can grow one cup size OR MORE within only three months time, which I think is a huge statement to make and one that is bound to disappoint many women who will believe in this, so she is actually no better than those other companies out there making similar claims.
You just can't guarantee such a thing, she makes it sound as if there is more chance of getting such stunning results in such a very short time than there is not, which just isn't true.
There was just a woman on another forum who is on a single herb routine as well, and who has been it for four months now. She is actually disappointed with her 1" growth. 1" growth are good results to get within such a period of time but her expectations must be so high that she actually thinks that she isn't doing well, and I just can't stand people promoting such beliefs, which I think Lucille is doing.
Good luck growing everyone, we will all get there eventually!!!

I am not trying to "uphold" Lucille and I certainly am NOT spamming but in her book she clearly states that the success rate of growing AT ALL is only 67%. That to me is not being a scammer, thats only a little over 1/2 of the women who try who will get results. She says "most" not "all" ladies will get "at least" firmness and fullness if not growth.

She (in her book) also says her "progress" is the "exception" and not the "rule". I dont find any of her info "missleading" but I can see why some may. Of course not everyone will get results that quickly, if Lucilles were even that quick. If her progress was not that fast then I agree, its wrong to "pretend" that it was. I dont know if its true or not. Reguardless I enjoyed her book and find it helpfull for when I was just starting out.

Of course everyone is gonna have different ideas/views about it/her and I understand that. I just thought I would give my opinion about her info.

By the way thanks for posting that massage photo, I am sure it'll help claer up lots of confusion!

Hi Sunset, I only looked at her website and that is where she claims the 1 cup increase in three months. Since that is where people will get their expectations and ideas from first of all, THAT is what repulses me because she does not state any of what you said she wrote in her book on the initial site where you buy the book from.
I think it is just really deceptive and dishonest. I don't have a problem with her book, I would not pass any judgement on that since I haven't read it myself, I just don't like what she claims on her website.
I get where you are coming from though and do not doubt that her book is useful.

And your welcome about the picture, I thought you had explained it so well and just couldn't think of a different way of explaining it myself that I thougth a visual may help clear up the confusion, now and in future.
It was a bit of a pain finding a picture I could use, I didn't want to take a real one so I ended up taking one of those bra measuring sites, that is why the line is underneath her boobs, showing where to measure. :-)

Take care Sunset,

I totally understand why that would make you angry her claiming that. We really dont know if she is truthfull about that or not but I really doubt it happened that fast either.

She had no reason to lie, she did great no matter how long it may have taken her, so IF she is being untruethfull about how fast it happened that is totally wrong. People need to understand it more than likely WILL NOT only take 4 months for results like that so dont be fooled or bummed out if it doesnt happen that way for some of you!!!

Secondly thank you for your comment on my "massage explanation" I am really trying hard to make sure those who are interested can get the hang of it. It has helped me tremendously and I only wish to pass that on with others.

April 15 2006, 6:08 PM

the only claims i dispute is her claims of 67 or 90% success rate with her program. her program is very simular to that of what members of the beboard have formulated and i curtainly dont see anything close to 67% rate considering the fact that women have been following this guide for over 6 years. the other problem is how does one come up with those numbers? is it a guess, is it made up? and what do you condider success to be? 2" of growth or any kind of change that is notisable by the woman doing the routine?on a forum its hard for us to do a poll to see how well people are doing because we need the cooperation of a large group of women, second not everyone will participate in the same way and we all have different routines and measuring techiques.so i find is unlikly that lucille put together a group of 100 women, gave them a copy of her book and 6 months later 67% came back with a success story. the book is a guide so its not a full outlined routine. lucille didnt even flow her own book recommendations.so everyone will interpret the information differently, everyone will choose their herbs and dosages differently. everyone will buy different brands herbs. So overall its hard to decide or figure out the success rate of her book when its a guid that is open to varying interpretations. the best way to decide success is to figure out if there is a large enough potential for success by relating the info to BE with scientific evidence. that is very easy. So the book and the recommendations have a lot of support which suggests that the methods can work. but we cant yet prove how successful it is or the % of women who will find success while following the guide. this of course doesnt take away from the valuable info the book as within it. its very useful guide if you get over the fact that the claims that are made are just to get more customers and not completly accurate. i hate the fact that there may be some dishonest activity on lucille's part to sell her book but her ultimate goal is to make money. i say this cause if her first goal was to help all of use she would have done the book for free or direct us to the two beboard forums where she got alot of her info from. she would also be an active member participating in forum discussions which she is not since her book came out. the last time i saw her on a forum was when i first introduced her book to the beboard and she responded when fawn(a prominant member) attached her book, claiming that most of info in the book came from research she did. after that mess cleared up lucille was gone, never to be heard from again. maybe she had a good reason for not being helpful on forums. but it sure looks like she just doesnt want to give away info for free or she is afraid of getting questions she cant answer. after all she is suppose to be a BE expert and guru right?

i personally dont care if she were a member. i am happy for her with her BE success and her book success but just because she grew doent mean she has unlucked the secrets of NBE. Sunset is probably more of an expert then lucille is and she's been researching for a few months now. we are still working with theories and im sure by now at least a dozen women have followed lucille's routine exactly and many of them probably havnt experienced the same success in the same amount of time like she did. which makes sence since no two bodies are exactly alike.

the book is not nonsense, but maybe lucille's methods of "helping" us is.

It's very interesting to read everything here. I found the author's pictures, so I see her results were genuine and very good. However it seems she is definitely asking other people to sell the book on their own websites and giving them ideas about how to make up a convincing testimonial. I also agree with SugarQ about the success rate. Unless you can state what is considered success and can indicate how this was measured or assessed, it seems to me that any figure given is meaningless.

I am not sure, because I didn't buy the book (too much english to read), but it sounds like pretty similar to all the information I learnt anyway on this website and on Taiwan's websites. I did much researches in Taiwan and the book information sounds like the same but using herbs instead of traditional Chinese foods. I don't think the book has any special information in it and maybe it's also lacking some Chinese medicine tips.

Hey, its ok..lol Im not mad at all Smile We need different opinions around here on stuff.

I think the book is good for someone who asks "what herbs do I take" "when do I break" "how do these herbs even help boobs grow?" "how do boobs grow in the first place?" "how do you do the chi massage?" "what can speed up results?" and so on and so on..lol For some one who feels "completely lost" and doest "know where/how to start" I really think it would be a great help.

I dont agree w/everything she says or the "catchy" way she sucks you in, but her book is nice and it has helped me out a lot.
It has nothing in it we all couldnt learn on our own, but it is MUCH quicker just to read this book, and check back w/it when you need reference.

Hi guys...thought I'd add my voice in here since I have been on the forum off and on since Lucille started posting pictures while doing her routine. Long time ago now. I do agree that spamming people when they show interest in the book is both too aggressive and suspect (and probably all together the wrong way to promote something legitimately), although since it is a cheap e-book I doubt she is making that much money off of it anyhow. Regardless, I remember when she was posting her pictures regularly (she started after I first found the board)and the timeline was the same as she states. She posted notifications of her updated pictures regularly through the beboard. However, her results were phenonemal for someone her size and quite rare. Personally, I think she had her heart in the right place to begin with, but promotes it too aggressively. However, she could just be an opportunist... at the very least, there is now a book out there which contains the basics for people who don't have time to spend reading all the info on the forums. I know I spend time watching on at least three now and will until I finally find the success I've been looking for...

Take care all!!!

I am sur the book is IMPRESSIVE, to newbies, but once you have come across this forum it losses some of its appeal. And why couldn't she sell the book like most people sell their books, WHY all the mystery, leading us on with 3 free chapters. It just seemed to me it was more about advertising and promoting than really about what the book had to offer. If it was really a GOOD read it would have sold itself without all the hype!!!! None the less I believe it when forum members say it is a good reference guide to have!!!! And it may be her name as author but ladies on the boards contributed to it whether they knew it or not. Just my thoughts and opinion.

Has anyone here had success with the Flat 2 Fab program by Lucinda Sorrella
January 31 2007 at 2:41 PM Jessica (Login janetsup2late)

Hi I just ordered the flat 2 fab program and i should be receiving my herbs and creams today. Alittle be about me: I'm 26 5'4 120 lbs and very athletic. I would say that I'm probably a large A (big deal) or a small B and I would really like to be a large C cup.
I contemplated numerous times on getting implants. I thought about the silicone only because they look and feel a lot more natural than the saline. However I'm afraid of it leaking and I dont want to have to get another surgery.
I'm willing to try natural breast ehancement for 18 months. Has anyone on this post actually tried the Flat to Fab routine and has it worked for you?
You're honesty and support are greatly appreciated.

Re: Has anyone here had success with the Flat 2 Fab program by Lucinda Sorrella

I think Flat2Fab would be a great program to start with. (I've read the book, but haven't tried her exact program.) The information is very basic, and important to NBE. You can learn almost everything you need from the book, BUT, keep in mind that over time you might need to start testing out different herbs to find the combination that works best for you. For example, I know that Lucille recommends fenugreek, saw palmetto and red clover, but many people find red clover much too strong for their systems and have problems with it. So, in that case, you'd have to start experimenting with other herbs, or just stick with the fenugreek and saw palmetto. You'll get lots more info from this forum then from the book, but Flat2Fab will help you get started.

I ordered Flat2Fab when I first started with NBE. I ordered it not to follow the program, but as a reference tool. This forum is more complete with regards to information, however, I like to have a papercopy of something I can flip through sometimes. You can find more information in this forum, but it may be a bit more difficult to find.
Actually, I don't know of anyone who has really followed F2F to the letter (for their entire program).
Doing it all over again, I would still order the book. I just had it out, looking through it about 2 days ago. I've been doing NBE since early March of 2006.

Best of luck!

i cant say if f2f works because its not a system its a guide. you are the one that picks what you want to do. so the system is only as successful as the amount of time, energy and effort behind it. even lucille did some tweaking in her routine before she was LUCKY enough to find what worked for her. she is not an expert. she went to a form like you are doing right now, she asked for help (like youa are doing), and she tried different things till she saw results.

with f2f you decide the herbs, the dosages, how long you will try to take them. all i have to say that f2f does have the potential to work for someone but not everyone or not even most people. even lucille (the author) did something competely different from what she claims, in her book, would actually work. there have been recent posts about the f2f author and her deceptive choices she has made while promoting a book that she didnt really do the research for. people on the beboard (you will notice in her book she makes reference to these people) where the brains but she was smart enough to cash in on their hard work. anyways, the book has some problems and mistakes but overall it will give you a general idea of how NBE works and where to start looking. if you want to learn more or have a better understanding then the best thing to do then try to stick with forums. there are many women who have had success here. and best of all the knowledge if free and you are guaranteed to learn the truth because no one here as anything to gain (except for knowledge) by coming here. lucille's actual routine that brought her success is not the same as the one she gives in the book. you might want to try it but remember, what works for one person may not work for everyone. this is why nbe is so hard systemize. you have to customize your own NBE program to fit your body. although f2f makes it sound so easy, it really is the hardest thing to do. dont be surprised if after 1 year you havent found what has worked for you.

I think SugarQ explained that really well. It's a bit like asking if advice given in this forum will work for you. Advice is only a guide and can't in itself work - you still have to make your own program.

Questions like how long does it take are impossibe to answer, not only because everyone is different, but also because flat 2 fab at the end of the day is breast enhancement by taking herbs and therefore subject to all the varibales that affect any herbal program.

anyone try FLAT2FAB program
May 6 2008 at 1:09 AM holly (Login hollyrach)

I've been doing more research on NBE and came across the flat to fab program. It is $27 to purchase the complete book, but I read a lot of what was on the site and the free downloads. Just curious if anyone has tried this specific program and if they saw results. It seems similar to all of the things discussed here. I've just recently started with massage with herbal extract. I would like to increase my program at some point, but have a very sensitive system, so I need to go slowly. Also, she suggests a BMI of at least 19 to see results and I am at 18. Is that something that would make a significant difference?

I do think the book is quite outdated. NBE is constantly developing and lots of new information and approaches have become prominent since her book got out. I believe you can find better information on this forum than in that book. She did after all just gather the info that was available at the time on a similar forum and publihed it in a book.

I used it to start off, but when i followed hers to a T, it didnt work for me, personally. I still use the book as a reference along with this website, but like others said, theres not much in the book that hasnt been said here. i wouldnt waste your $27 and i'd use that on herbs instead.

and for the low BMI... if you want to be as thin as you are, i would just stick with that and just try a lot harder with the NBE. it might take a little longer... i heard that breast growth happens faster when there is more fat [estrogen and fat are a good mix]... but if you're going to want to lose the weight anyway, i would just stay how you are. it shouldnt be too much of an issue... but i dont know for sure.

I'm following the routine
May 11 2008, 7:46 PM

Hi holly
I agree with Jenn. But if you could live with it, try to putting on a little waight, try working out, that way you can controll it better. If not just start with a routine and see what happens, maybee you'll have good results without gaining waight, because every body is different

Well I'm(I'm 19years old and BMI of 19) following the guidlines of the flat2fab.I started 3.1/2 month ago and had experienced some positiv effects from the herbs(acne reduce, no pains in the breast). I din't actually feel growing pains but itching nipples.

Before I stared had a measles for 3 weeks wich made me loose 4 kilos. After that I found my breasts had shrunk from A to allmost AA. Straingt after that I started the f2f and put a good 1 kilo back on,wich is totally ok.Today I mesured and I gained something around 2cm and 2.5cm wich I can't really see because I've still got this picture of the quite full A I had before the illness. But I feel the fullness, and hard parts in my breasts seem to have gone much softer. However I'm very very happy and gratefull to have results.

To the bad effects of the herbs: Since 3 days I've been very very over emotional.
Alltough my light acne on my back disapeard I got little spots on my forhead(wich I last had when I was a teenager)but they aren't bothering me.And I smell of herbs specially when I sweat(my boyfriend relized the second day, but is very understanding), I can controll the smell because I usually shower twice a day and allways use deo and parfume. And I never use fenugreek in the daytime and don't use herb-extracts to massage when I'm spending time with my boyfriend, only normal natural-lotion.

It seems many women here aren't specially positiv when It comes to f2f. But alltough I find this forum great I must say I am glad to have had a well structured and clear gide. Of corse it isn't a good adverisment to do breastsurgery after writing such a book, but thats her desision and doing breast surgery with an AA sometimes isn't even possible and it will allsow look alot much better and natural with a B. Allsow I found it was well worth the money, because 30dollars is a perfectly normal price for a book and she did invest time an effort to wirte it and it's ok to pay someting for that clear information.
btw: I use Greenbush Herbs and Extracts and a high quality natural lotion(because herbs have difficulties getting trough with a nomal lotion, I got told by the chemist)

Good luck to everyone Smile

May 13 2008, 4:51 PM

I've reading through this forum for a while (I'm new) and from what I've gathered the F2F program seems to have a theory which conflicts with the views here?
For eg the F2F (I haven't read the whole book just the 3 free chapters and stuff from here about it) says that even if you are estrogen dominant the estrogenic herbs balance your estrogen levels cos they produce the same effect as estrogen and so your body's own production of estrogen decreases.

But on the forum I've come across opinions that if you are estrogen dominant then you should stear clear of esrogenic herbs..?

I'm a little confuesed about this can anyone clarify?

and Lillith does the book go into detail about balancing hormones if you have signs for dominance for one over the other or imbalance?

Lillith

hormones
May 14 2008, 4:49 PM

She talkes over a few pages about findingout wich hormone you are more dominant and what's to be done. She doen't say anything about not taking estrogenic herbs as far as I see she speaks more of Progesteron cream, milkthistle and avoiding secondhand hormons and toxins in nonorganic foods.

PROTEIN.

What should you eat if you want bigger breasts? Protein!

Protein supports breast enlargement in two ways: it rebuilds the body and keeps blood sugar levels steady.

Protein building blocks, known as amino acids, combine to form skin, bones, teeth, muscles ... and breasts! Protein is the cell (and breast) builder.

Protein also has a breast enhancing effect on your blood sugar level! High blood sugar levels lead to high insulin levels, which have been proven to increase testosterone.

To avoid the breast-busting effects of testosterone, you need to stick to foods that won't wreck havoc on your blood sugar level. Protein is perfect! Because it is a complex substance, it is digested and released into the blood stream slowly, keeping insulin (and testosterone) levels low.

Your body can't store protein, so you have to eat plenty of it each day. How much is enough? Most nutritionists recommend that 20%-30% of your daily calories come from protein sources.

Great protein-rich foods include eggs, fish, and lean cuts of meat. Vegetarians can get their daily dose from beans, low fat dairy, and protein powder.

Either way, you now have a perfect excuse to eat your way to bigger breasts!

THE 3 BIGGEST BREAST ENLARGEMENT MISTAKES MOST WOMEN MAKE

Natural breast enlargement is a great way to increase your breast size without surgery. Unfortunately, you can also trip up your results if don't know what you're doing!

Are YOU making mistakes that are preventing your breasts from growing? Here are the top 3 things to avoid:

1. Not doing massages.

You can pop pills all day long, but unless you combine phytoestrogenic herbs with the proper breast massages, chances are you will NOT see results. Massage is super important because it increases blood flow to the breasts and actually stimulates the release of breast enlarging hormones.

2. Switching herbs too often.

There are so many phytoestrogenic herbs out there that you might be tempted to try them all. Don't! Your best bet is to stick with a few effective herbs and give them time to work. Switching herbs too often confuses your body and slows breast growth.

3. Stopping too soon.

Herbs can change your body very quickly, but that doesn't mean you should expect overnight results. Natural breast enlargement is a process that requires time and dedication. Giving up too soon guarantees that you will never see results! Give yourself a couple months before you evaluate your results.

Avoid these mistakes and I promise you will dramatically increase your chances of success!

3 SECRETS FOR FIRMER BREASTS

No matter what size breasts you have, firm breasts are better than saggy breasts. Weight loss, aging and childbirth can take their toll on a woman's bustline, but that doesn't mean you can't reclaim a little perk.

Here are 3 easy secrets for firming your breasts naturally:

1. Massage

Breast massage is a must for healthy, beautiful breasts. Massage improves skin tone and helps firm the breasts by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the area, nourishing the cells. It also helps release toxins which could otherwise lead to the breakdown of breast tissues.

2. Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the practice of using water to heal the body. One effective hydrotherapy technique is to alternate between hot and cold water in a shower, increasing circulation to the skin by as much as 95%. Since increased circulation stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, a few minutes of hydrotherapy each day can effectively firm your breasts.

(PERSONALLY, I FOUND JUST USING COLD WATER AFTER A HOT BATH FOR 2 MINUTES WORKS BETTER)

3. Chest exercises

While chest exercises can't effect breast tissue directly, they do build up the underlying muscles, giving the illusion of perkier breasts. The best exercises for a firmer bustline include push-ups and bench presses.

Give these techniques a try and I promise you'll have firmer breasts in a matter of weeks!

A BREAST ENLARGEMENT "SUPERFOOD" YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

You might not know this, but there are a few "superfoods" out there that can dramatically skyrocket your success at natural breast enlargement. Flax seeds are one of them!

Flax seeds aren't part of the average diet, but they should be - especially if you are interested in having bigger breasts. In fact, flax seeds have three distinct natural breast enlargement benefits:

1. Flax is a rich source of phytoestrogens.

Plant estrogens, known as phytoestrogens, mimick the effects of estrogen and can have a dramatic effect on the breasts. Flax seeds are filled with breast enhancing phytoestrogens!

2. Flax is high in fiber.

One once of flax seeds contains 32% of the USDA recommended daily allowance of fiber. What does that have to do with breast enlargement? Fiber helps flush away toxins and excess hormones, promoting a better hormonal balance for breast growth.

3. Flax promotes weight loss.

Some breast enlargement herbs can cause bloating or weight gain ... but not if you take flax! Flax contains essential fatty acids that have been proven to help boost the metabolism. (These fatty acids also help control cholesterol and boost the immune system!)

You can find ground flax seeds in any health food store and they're actually quite tasty. Keep a stash in your kitchen and sprinkle them on top of yogurt, cereal, and salads or blend them into smoothies. The more you eat, the more your breasts will grow!

A SECRET CREAM THAT CAN GIVE YOU BIGGER BREASTS

I love this stuff!! its pretty cheap too!

Would you like to know about a secret cream that can help you outgrow your bra? I'm not talking about some expensive "breast enlargement" cream here, I'm talking about good old wild yam!

Wild yam cream is a common, inexpensive product available in most health food stores and pharmacies. It is traditionally used by women to control PMS and menopause symptoms.

While wild yam cream is sometimes marketed as "natural progresterone cream," it is actually a phytoestrogen. Wild yam contains diosgenin, a chemical that can be converted in a lab into progesterone. In its raw state, diosgenin acts like an estrogen and is powerfully effective at stimulating breast growth.

Wild yam cream is perfect for massaging into the breasts. Since nutrients are absorbed through the skin, this targets herbs to the areas that needs them most.

For the best results, I suggest massaging your breasts with wild yam cream twice daily. It'll work wonders on your breasts!

HOW TO ENHANCE BREAST ENLARGEMENT WITH BEER

Believe it or not, hitting the pub for some brew just might be your ticket to bigger breasts. That's because beer contains hops - and hops are one of nature's most powerful phytoestrogens!

Like all phytoestrogens, hops mimic the effects of estrogen. Since breast growth is primarily triggered by estrogen, hops help trigger breast enlargement.

Beer on its own is generally not enough to give you bigger breasts (a beer belly, maybe - but bigger breasts, no); however, it's a great way to enhance your current breast enlargement routine.

As long as you are of age, feel free to enjoy one or two hops filled beers per week. It's just enough to give you an added boost of phytoestrogens!

HOW STRESS SABOTAGES BREAST GROWTH

Growing breasts can be stressful, but if you want to maximize your results, I suggest you learn to relax. Did you realize that stress actually interferes with breast enlargement? It's true!

Constant stress creates chemical changes in the body, including the release of androgens (i.e. testosterone). Since androgens cancel out estrogen - the hormone most responsible for breast growth - it makes sense to keep your cool.

So how do you control stress in this crazy, fast paced world we live in? There are plenty of ways to relax - you can exercise, meditate, take a bubble bath, or play with your dog. What really matters is taking time to de-stress each day.

HOW TO ENLARGE YOUR BREASTS NATURALLY WITH SAW PALMETTO

Breast enlargement is triggered by a precise blend of hormones, including estrogen, progesterone, prolactin and growth hormone.

But there is one hormone that can stop breast growth in its tracks: testosterone.

According to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, up to 30% of American women display symptoms of excess testosterone.

Not only does testosterone prevent breast growth by inhibiting estrogen, it also leads to weight gain, acne, and thinning hair.

Fortunately, there is a solution: saw palmetto.

Saw palmetto berries are a traditional herb that has been proven to reduce testosterone levels, leading to breast growth in many women.

You can find saw palmetto berries in any health food store. Start by taking one capsule three times daily and increase as needed, making sure not to exceed the manufacturer's guidelines.

PABA: A SECRET SUPPLEMENT FOR MAXIMUM BREAST GROWTH

You might be familiar with PABA as an ingredient in some sunscreens, but did you realize this supplement also has breast enhancing superpowers?

PABA is a B vitamin nutrient found in foods such as spinach, mushrooms, whole grains, and molasses. It helps your body form red blood cells and ensures healthy skin and hair.

But the big news is what PABA can do for your breasts!

Taken internally, PABA acts as a hormone potentiator, meaning it slows the breakdown of hormones in your body, leading to an overall increase in hormone levels.

Studies have shown that girls given PABA during puberty experience accelerated breast growth due to PABA's hormone enhancing effect.

That's great news for anybody hoping to stimulate breast growth through natural breast enlargement. Not only does PABA help you make the most of your hormones, it can create curves faster than herbs alone.

PABA supplements are considered to be very safe and are readily available at your local health food store. A standard dosage is 500-1,000 mg per day, though you should be sure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines carefully.

Hey Ale. sorry it took me so long to reply, didnt see you replied. anyway...Some of it was from being ill. But, honestly all i did was drink alot of water and worked out everyday not for that long i might add. I lost half a stone from working as a casual for three weeks too. Ofcourse, I was massaging I think maybe because i was massaging i didnt get any growth but, it also helped my breasts to become more firm, toned and also most importanly to not shrink. i used avons bust cream and also rubbed fenugreek into my breasts a few times. massaging my breasts with sesame seed oil about twice a week ( it was also good for face exsercises) now, im using flaxseed oil for massage and it seems to be working! i was also took fenugreek and saw palmetto and felt a slight bit of growth but not much. but im going to use fenugreek again i think i was using to much for my body as someone else suggested in another topic. i didnt notice i was losing weight so i wasnt really obsessing over it i think thats why it worked so well. i was also walking alot more, and using firming creams. i would suggest the flaxseed to help weight loss but, also for massaging or to be taken oraly a tablespoon a day or taking 3-4 caps a day flaxseed is omega - 3, 6 & 9 fatty acid. i would suggest avon for the best firming creams esp firm and sculpt it is really amazing! makes you look like you've lost inches and will give your butt abit of a lift. It can be abit pricey... but it's worth it. not sure if they still sell it sometimes it comes back in the sale books. and avons bust firming cream my mums friend loves it too her comments on it were " they look perkier and much more sculpted" and wildyam its good for firming your stomach and your arms as well as your busts. Drinking hot water with abit of lemon juice and honey when you get out of bed helps to detox your body and kick start you're metabolism.

I don't think there's anything in the Flat 2 Fab book that you could call a 'secret'.

Lucille got the info from reading the web, so really anyone could make the same effort.

The queen of natural breast enhancement

I think it's entirely up to Lucille whether she had a boob job or not. It's her choice just as we all have the right to make our own choices, and personally I didn't feel let down. But it seems inappropriate to me to be referring to herself as the "boob guru" and "the queen of natural breast enhancement". If she had to resort to a boob job in the end to make herself happy, I think she should consider relinguishing those titles.

i know what you mean Sabrina. she was the first woman to actual document her progress. she also put alot of work into her book, even though 90% of whats in her book came from other members on the forum who actually cracked open text books, read all the medical mumbo jumbo, and translated it for the rest of us. i really think her NBE experience was a lucky floock. she tried different herbs and tweaked her routine until she found what worked for her. her book really isnt much help except for mentioning herbs and BCP that seem to cause NBE. all that info can be learned for free just by participating in NBE forums or googling. even if we all did exactly what she did i doubt more then 10% of us would find simular results that she did. i respect lucille and her choice to get paid for other people's hard work, sharing her B/A pictures, and her choice for a boob job even though it looks bad that a natural breast enlargement "guru" opts for implants when she wants to convince buyers of her book that natural is the way to go. she even explains how bad implants are in her book. i know her implants shouldnt take away from the results she achieved with NBE and if it were any other member where who opted for implants after a very successful routine i probably wouldnt say anything but this woman made money promoting NBE and to do so would mean that she had to condem other unnatural methods. sorry to say this but she is a phony. just because she did the work and got results, doesnt mean she is an NBE expert. and if you are going to make yourself into a natural booby expert, sell your NBE "secrets" for top dollar but you still want surgical cosmetic improvements on your body then make sure you get a face lift, a nose job,a tummy tuck... anything but implants. its just looks so bad to your loyal followers who invested money and believed in you.

Yeah.. actually I quite agree with SugarQ.. what she's doing.. is so contradicting.

There is even speculation that she is selling these NBE stuff so that she can earn enough money to go for her boob job. That .. kinda sucks. (especially for those people who actually, bought) Sorry to say that.. but this is my opinon only. hee

How disappointing...
July 5 2006, 3:32 AM

When Lucy first came out with the book, I had a couple of email conversations with her about how much she had taken from one of the forums I was on, and specifically how much she had gotten from some research I did and was now making money on.

I'm very disappointed that she went the fake boob route - she did very well with NBE and could have grown more if she had spent more time on it.

Harumph.

Fawn

I really agree with what Chocogirl said about this, it's not so much the boob job that makes her a phoney, because it seems a bit of a phoney to write the book in the first place. If she wasn't satisfied with her natural results, then why did she write a book to encourage other women to follow her methods to become satisfied like her?

Maybe I have got it all wrong, but assessing things on the basis of knowledge of NBE, I have always assumed that SugarQ was the queen.

im so flattered. but who i consider queen of NBE is Fawn and the King would be Wahaika. i learned so much from then and they inspired me to do my own research. if anyone is really seriouse about NBE and learning as much as possible its a good idea to look through a few of their posts and get their input.

Can PABA "speed up" growth process?

Something from the Flat 2 Fab book.

PABA (para-aminobenzoic) is in ingredient used in some sunscreens. PABA was the first sunscreen available in the 70's.

PABA is a member of the B-vitamin family.

Your body produces its own PABA in the intestinesbut you can also find it in food sources such as :liver, kidney, brewers yeast, molasses, whole grains, mushrooms and spinich.

PABA plays a role in the formation of red blood cells; it is important for healthy skin and hair and is thought to prevent hair loss by protecting the follicles.

The big news is what it can do for your breasts.when taken internally,PABA acts as a hormone potentiator; it gently slows the breakdown of hormonesin your body, leading to overall increase in hormone levels.

PABA is especially effective at increaseing female reproductive hormones as these examples reveal:

1. According to studies, girls given PABA during puberty experienced accelerated growth of their secondary sex charactoristics, including the breasts!

2. Many doctors now use PABA with estrogen replacement therapy to reduce the amount of hormones needed during menopause.

3. In one study, 16 infertile women were given PABA for 3 to 7 months.
The result was that 75% of them ended up getting pregnant!

Supplementing with PABA helps breasts by maximizing your own hormones so that you need fewer herbs to enlarge your breasts, and it actually speeds up the growth process!

HOW TO USE PABA:
PABA is safe and inexpensive. It can be found in any health food store. A typical dosage is 500-1,000 mg a day. Just simply follow the manufacturers instructions on the lable.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
No serious side effects have been reported by taking recommended dosages.
An OD (8 or more grams) can cause low blood sugar, rash fever and (in rare occasions) liver damage.

1000mg way is too much...
March 17 2006, 11:05 PM

500mg is also too much for NBE purposes. 300-400 is the max. there was an experiement where women too PABA to help boost FSH which interns boosts estrogen and progesterone levels cause and helps with ovulation and conception. It does increase cortisol and estradiol levels and there may be some breast cancer warning that come up . i read on the beboard that one lady had pains in her ovaries after taking 1000mg of PABA a day. so watch out. Im still trying to link this stuff to NBE but the only info i found was the the f2f book that said that supplimentation in adolecent females help with NBE but i cant find any other sources that back that up. but PABA may be a good supplement to boost estrogen. just dont use too much while using strong estrogenic herbs.

Thanks Sunset for bring this up. i been wanting to warn you ladies for a while but i keep forgeting. PABA is maybe goo for NBE but still becareful.

Borage
March 18 2006, 7:07 AM

Borage has been used since ancient times and has never been known to harm anyone. A clinical study in Germany has shown that Borage is safe up to a daily dose of 250g. Taking Borage is MUCH safer than drinking coffee which has been proven capable of killing 50% of people with a dose of only 10g.

The Flat 2 Fab book is not a bible for breast enhancement. It's only a guidebook.
