Vixy's long-term breast enlargement program :3

#71

Hi All,
I am not a 'follow the trend' person, so devoting my self to a vegan or vegetarian life is not for me.
I am 66 and grew up in a house where mom loved to cook and bake. Food was generally fried, there were always cookies, cakes or pies around.
The meat came from the butcher and veggies were mostly home grown.
As the super markets became larger and frozen Pizza was invented we ate that too.
When I first got married we ate mostly the same way. but after 3 kids grew up the quick frozen meals became the way, and rarely did we have a recipe cooked meal.
Now my mom is living here with me at 102, and I do the cooking. Much like she did when I was a kid, with the exception of cakes and cookies.
We have salads, pasta, meat, veggies, and a rounded menu. Knock wood we are all healthy and the little bit of germs and pesticides we consume gives our bodies a chance to build an immunity to lager doses.
So my advice is to enjoy life! If you need to go vegan, do it but dont be afraid to have a BIG Mac when the urge comes. But dont succumb to the big mac urges too often.
And if I do see organic, or gluten free, I give it a wide berth.

Maybe stop obsessing about 100% organic but do 50/50.
We know what the dirty dozen of pesticide laden food so maybe buy conventional for the rest..
But yeh it was an eye opener for me too. That's not to say long term use of non organic won't cause a build up of toxic shit in out system?.. But that leads me to researching " how to detox from herbacides and pesticides".. Implement that and then the vegan diet could work for us Smile

Balance organic with non organic. Don't eat unneeded junk too much. Move and sweat so that the body can detox itself properly as it already does on a daily basis. It is smarter than we give credit to it for. It will take care of it. Wink

So sweet Seraphic Smile

Sounds that there are a lot of open-minded people here. You make your choice. Nobody will make it for you except you. Wink
Ohh yes early nights proved me it improves A LOT the libido hahaha I love it ! Like the feelings of being touched and with your partner are beautiful <3
Also I noticed daily exercise for me is really great for my body, i'm losing weight thanks to the bike. Look and feel healthier.

Personally I don't eat 100% organic. It's a great thing, but if you can't afford it it's okay. Smile

It's sometimes hard to go to sleep early when the rest of the world is still awake and fun things are happening. When I used to let myself sleep by/before 9pm, I felt better but would be upset that I missed out on so many things because I'd be very tired by 8. I need to find a gentle exercise I like because I have fibromyalgia. I have a little trampoline now I want to start using in the mornings to get blood flowing without vigorous exercise.

I was also thinking that's it's so funny that being on this website had made me completely normalized to seeing other women's breasts and talking about them as if it's normal everyday conversation. And it also makes me think about how unnecessarily sexualized breasts are now in society/media, making it almost taboo, yet it's not either. It's just a body part, and we should be able to have normal conversation about them as we all have them (including men, theirs are just smaller Wink )

Have you ever tried a gentle beginner yoga class? Hatha yoga is a great one for fibromyalgia because it is very gentle and is mostly slow movements and gentle stretching. Yoga is one of my favorite ways to exercise because it can be as gentle or as intense as you need/want it to be. I follow a couple of yoga channels on youtube so that I don't have to pay money to go to a class.

Yes, I do on and off, but I don't keep it up because it tends to hurt too much to even start stretching and takes a long time to get to a point where it's tolerable. If given more time to warm up and do it regularly it would help, I just am not that motivated or patient at the moment. Sad But thank you! I'll try it again sometime. <3

I hear you. Fibro is the worst. Some of my friends have it and I give them massages to help relax them on the days when its really bad. Nasty disease that.

I decided to go braless for the moment as it feels awesome, freedom !
I one light top on the pics plus one over, and I love the shape. Plus I want my boobs to be as beautiful and healthy as they can be. And I know a bra is actually doing the contrary. INo more tight and hurting bras for me. Only comfortable choices.

We barely see I am braless here haha.
