New. Can my breasts grow while losing weight?

#1

Hello! I am new, like I stated in my title. I really do not have any money to spend on the various supplements and systems I have read through. I have money for flaxseed oil for massage and maybe PM, but I don't really know if I'm E or P dominant or anything like that, but will ANYTHING work if I am losing weight? I am a 34 G currently, I actually want them to grow to 34 I but will I even be able to maintain or at least not lose much? Thanks!

I am attempting to lose weight and at least maintain while I do. Am having good results from massage.
What do you mean grow to 34? If you're a 34G your breasts would be way past 34

You can definitely grow or at least maintain while losing weight. People have done it before. I don't know much about it, though, as weightloss isn't a concern of mine. Hopefully others will weigh in.

That's fine! Anyways, I just want an inexpensive way to grow/maintain if possible. I am looking toward massage.

Massage has already helped me increase my bust by an inch since the start of the month. So I'd definitely recommend it!

In a nut shell-- yes you can gain while losing weight, mostly because hormones cause breast growth.. buuuutttttt fat does play a big role in your breast growth. I think it depends-- if you dont mind me asking, how much do you weigh/where are you looking to lose weight? here is a quote I wrote to kat:

(05-03-2016, 16:45)missboobshirt Wrote:  Okay-- here is the thing.. if you're planning on losing body fat, chances are you're going to lose fat in the breast. The breast is made up of tissues, glands and fat. Some women are smaller with bigger breasts because they have a lot of breast tissue-- others have more fat. (it's genetics!)

Because I am a work out nut I can give you some tips i've used to keep my butt/boob size to the best of my ability while burning fat--

Do isometrics, focus on one area of the body and work it out. Stay away from cardio, cardio is most likely what burns fat the best imo but you will get more of a runners body than a shapely one. Do weight training. Burn fat on your tummy by specifically working out your core, isometrics & calisthenics-- focusing on one area will burn fat in that area and keep the fat you want in other areas. I work out my arms, core and butt/legs religiously. As long as you are working out with resistance (weights) you will gain muscle.

I do back and chest in moderation.

if you want to perk your breast up with exercise http://www.shape.com/fitness/workouts/ch...your-boobs

these will keep your pecs tight which will cause the muscle under your breast to lift them but I have found they tend to look a bit smaller-- I don't really do these. If I am worried about lift or perkiness I would look into the noogleberry Smile

imo as long as you are nourishing your body with healthy fats, water, vitamins, amino acids and the hormones for breast growth ( http://naturalremedysite.blogspot.com/20...reast.html ) and good things to fill up the breast and promote breast tissue, you can do all of these things and maintain boobs.

hope this helps Smile

it *may* be possible *if* you use something that topically promotes growth on specific breast area. (or take suppliments that promote glandular growth of lactiferous ducts, such as fennel, etc).

In one of my other threads I had mentioned the eugenol found in nutmeg oil along with using in conjunction with a fatty acid such as evening primrose oil, or other oils.

so in theory, if you applied it to breasts only, that may tell the body to save any fat for that area. while getting rid of stored fat elsewhere.
