That's too long, and possibly dangerous. That's an overwhelming hormone imbalance. It's too much FSH and LH. Take a break from herbs. Small amounts of hops should lower it.
Avoid Saw Palmetto and Spearmint. Spearmint is also encouraging a long period. Spearmint is androgenic, (while it lowers DHT) and it's possibly contributing to that too. Flax should help lower androgens, like you said. Chasteberry is not wanted here, it raises one hormone (progesterone or prolactin), but it also raised FSH or LH (can't remember which). Don't want any androgen, aromatase, or FSH and LH raising herbs. Avoid any herbs that are described as causing contractions. Avoid Pueraria M, and Kudzu.
First take a break, and use less amounts. There's too much hormones and they're in the wrong combination, which is not the way to go. You're imbalancing, probably because of an assumption that taking a lot will get results, but it may actually hurt your results because it's desensitizing receptors.

Thank you Dynseli ! Your reply is a great help to me
Can you be a little more specific ?
"There's too much hormones and they're in the wrong combination"
I think you meant by the following results, What should be the right combination according to you ?
Last month's Luteal phase results:
ESTRADIOL=275.13 (55.8-212.2)
PROGESTERONE=16.24 (1.70-27.00)
PROLACTIN=17.1 (2.8-29.2)
TESTOSTERONE=41.66 (14-76)
TSH=3.03 (0.30-5.5)
FT3=2.59 (1.7-4.2)
FT4=0.87 (0.70-1.80)

How's your digestion?
Do you have any gas bloating etc, do you get any yeast type infections?
There's a good reason behind these q's too FYI

Quick summary though as I'm going out soon.
Overgrowth bad bacteria in gut = impaired digestion= malabsorption=weight loss=liver can't process excess hormones = E-Dom , irregular cycles..
Just a thought, this may or may not resonate with you.

Specifically, there's "too much FSH and LH." These two will cause a long and heavy period, no matter what. It'd also be, aromatase (estrogens) and androgens. So avoid herbs that raise any of these. As I've written about above. I don't know the ranges, unless I look it up, but Progesterone is supposed to be higher than Estrogen during the Luteal phase. Even if the potencies are different, the amounts do look out of balance, in that Estrogen is way higher than Progesterones.

Yes Ella, My stomach usually bloats after meal, otherwise it remains flat ! I am not able to fix this issue yet ! I think 'cleanse' would help somehow .
Digestion is also not very good. I fixed this issue with good diet but that didn't help much .

Next time when I'll go for a hormones test, I'll add rest of the hormones in the list too that were missed this time, especially FSH,LH ! I chose the necessary ones and thought that is sufficient but no.. some are missed to add.
Yes Dynseli, I also feel imbalance. I feel something in the system is not right, that's why I decided to go for a test this time.

I received the 'Milk thistle' bottle and it suggests to take 3 tablets twice daily. Should I go with as suggested ? The bottle contains 60 tablets so this is the cleanse for 20 days. Help please.. !!

Personally I'd take the milk thistle. The fact you have digestive issues like myself means we got something going on in there. The "what" is the hardest part to figure out. But having a detox ESP if you never had one before is a good idea.
I'd start taking one tab depending on dosage, and mYbe quickly move up over the next few days IF you tolerate it ok.
FIRST time I ever took milk thistle I had an explosion the following day! Hit me hard but it was certainly ok, just make sure the toilet close by.

Oh and lots of cruciferous veggies to get rid of excess estrogen.
Double oh: a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a little warm water pre meals to stimulate digestion. That or some lemon juice.
Triple oh: I'm watching something right now on lymphatic cleAnsing/detox, jumping on a mini tramp and Epsom salt baths.
