Ummm...i think I need a jargon buster here lol. Any chance of an explanation for the dumb blonde? xD

Lol, ok.

Vitamin A supports retinol function.......(eyes), and estrogen receptors are in the eye. I have a good idea when my E spikes my eyes tells me by watery eyes, only in my right eye though, no thanks to complications from taking BO requiring laser eye surgery, (ruptured retina thats was hemorrhaging), the cause was most likely from an increase in estrogen.

Anyways, vitamin D is also a pro-aromatase, taking it (Vit.D) with E2 will upreaglate the E2 signal. The fatty acids in cod liver also inhibit DHT, and fatty acids also promotes aromatase (aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen).

In women the strongest androgen produced (by the ovaries) is DHEA, DHT is still a powerful androgen in women, but DHEA is main androgen. Adrenals also produces DHEA too, but a much weaker signal.

Sorry, Blush I think I just added more jargon lol, I better stop, the jargon will go over the top if I start explaining the signaling of lutenizing hormone, oops.

In other-words, I like cod liver oil for NBE/Hrt. Big Grin

Omg it's like organic chemistry at school all over again. You ask for an explanation, then the explanation requires and explanation lol
I think I like the "in other words" bit xD

Aww thanks lotus. I took that pic in a very tight stretchy vest which I sure as hell wouldn't wear in public because I need to lose quite a bit of weight from my torso.

Thanks for all the info, Lotus.

Today's intake:
88 ounces of water
Oatmeal and a green smoothie for breakfast
Avocado smoothie with protein powder, a banana, two pieces of oven cheese pizza without the crusts, a soft-boiled egg, and hot black tea for lunch
Two pieces of chicken, vegetable beef soup, hot green tea, and two pieces of dark chocolate for dinner
Two spoonfuls of peanut butter with dry roasted peanuts and a glass of skim milk
5 Cheetos

I don't usually snack, but I'm fasting tomorrow, and I find that it's easier if I eat a snack the night before. That's why the peanut butter, peanuts, and Cheetos happened. I wanted to have veggies, but we don't really have any right now as we're low on groceries.

I also took my supplements (BB Skin and a probiotic).

I did my bath time massage routine.

I need to do some research into which vegetables are best for NBE. I need to eat more veggies.

I knew which one it was going to be before I even clicked on it! That one is on my wishlist, too. I'll probably get the cod liver oil before I try the sea buckthorn, though.
