Ummm...i think I need a jargon buster here lol. Any chance of an explanation for the dumb blonde? xD
Lol, ok.
Vitamin A supports retinol function.......(eyes), and estrogen receptors are in the eye. I have a good idea when my E spikes my eyes tells me by watery eyes, only in my right eye though, no thanks to complications from taking BO requiring laser eye surgery, (ruptured retina thats was hemorrhaging), the cause was most likely from an increase in estrogen.
Anyways, vitamin D is also a pro-aromatase, taking it (Vit.D) with E2 will upreaglate the E2 signal. The fatty acids in cod liver also inhibit DHT, and fatty acids also promotes aromatase (aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen).
In women the strongest androgen produced (by the ovaries) is DHEA, DHT is still a powerful androgen in women, but DHEA is main androgen. Adrenals also produces DHEA too, but a much weaker signal.
Sorry,
I think I just added more jargon lol, I better stop, the jargon will go over the top if I start explaining the signaling of lutenizing hormone, oops.
In other-words, I like cod liver oil for NBE/Hrt.
