I think so, I'm not sure if I've slimmed down, but it does look like it (but it could just be that my boobs are bigger therefore my waist looks smaller)

As promised, I have taken another full body shot for comparison to the one on page 3.
The previous one was taken on my laptop and flipped the picture horizontally so I have flipped this one too but took it on my phone instead.
I hope they're similar enough to make a comparison from, I know the first one was pretty grainy.
I've been pretty lazy as far as my zumba plan was concerned, but am giving myself a kick in the butt to do it this week!
Anyway, here I am!

If you compare that shot with the one on page three, your breasts look like they've already lifted a bit!

Eeep! I was starting to think it was just wishful thinking.
I've been drinking more water and eating more veggies. But not done much more exercise than normal (like i said, I didn't do zumba)
so the results should be even better when I do start zumba xD

weight loss is probably like 80% nutrition anyway. in fact you can do it of course with just purely dieting and no exercise, but I would still do some exercise just for your overall health and I think strength exercise can really help with weight loss too and boosting your metabolism.
the rule of thumb I go by is just try to eat foods as close to their natural forms as possible. the more that man tinkers with and processes the food, the worse it gets for ya IMO.

It's been a struggle but I'm slowly replacing food that we eat. I'm trying to do it in a way that my partner won't realise I'm really changing what we eat.
I have been exercising, just no more than I usually would. Its been a rather busy week but now I have the time for it while my partner is at work.

Your progress is definitely coming along great! I've been trying to eat better, but I just eat so much processed food
the UK is so bad when it comes to junk food.. And easter is coming up! I've had way too much chocolate today.
